Following my previous review, the V-TAC Europe company from Bulgaria and the Greek distributor, METANOR S.A. reacted very fast and they replaced the item by their own choise within 3 days.
On the contrary the shop in Athens LIGHT POINT never responded.

I am very unsatisfied from the V-TAC Europe as well as from their dealers in Greece.
In August 2020, I bought an outdoor light V-TAC (IP 65) model 8054-12W SKU8233, from the dedicated shop LIGHT POINT (Kifisias Ave. 180, Athens) in Greece, warrantied for 2 years.
Some weeks later the intensity of the led light, was decreased due to humidity.
I asked from the Greek supplier (LIGHT POINT Company) to replace the item due to the warranty coverage.
Due to the apathy of the supplier to replace the item, I was addressed to the local agent of V-TAC in Greece (METANOR S.A., Konstantinoupoleos Ave. , 30, Athens), to replace the item due to the warranty coverage.
Both the supplier and the local agent denied to replace the item due to the lack of that model from their stock.
I asked by e-mail from the headqurters in Europe, V-TAC, in London as well as V-TAC Europe in Sofia, their intervenion to resolve the problem, but I HAD NO ANSWER.
