Love the family business the place is great,but prices are a little high. I took my senior pictures some twenty years ago, my kids & now my twins my last have taken their 2017 senior pictures. Thanks Memory Bank
I had a very horrible experience with this company. My son senior pictures where taken here which were very nice. I live in another state, so I asked if they could send me my pictures which she said yes with a fee. I agreed to the fee and paid the fee as indicated. After two weeks of not receiving my pictures, I contacted this company and spoke with Latonya who apologized and said she would send my pictures which i still have not received to this day and it's been over a month. I went to Birmingham for my sons Prom and went to this business to see if my pictures was returned or to see about them re-printing them for me (which she did) and getting a refund for the pictures I never received and paid for. Latonya Customer Service was very inappropriate and she told me that they didn't offer refunds. I said. so you are telling me that I paid for a service that you did not honor and I can't get my money back? She said well yes. I don't understand how a place of business does not give refunds if you paid for a service and you never received your product or the service you paid for. This is horrible and poor customer service. I asked to speak to the manager and she said, she was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner, she said he was out of the country. She wouldn't let me speak to anyone concerning this matter because she knows it's not right. Again, the quality of the pictures that she reprinted for me was excellent, but the customer service was horrible. i want my money for the shipping and handling of my pictures that i NEVER received!

My daughter went to the studio to take her senior pictures. The experience was wonderful as everyone was very professional and extremely nice. I would recommend Memory Bank to anyone who is in need of quality photographs.

I do not recommend this studio, because they will not give you an option of a refund if they re not able to deliver. I paid for the senior package before the pandemic happened, and was expecting to have the whole set up that was promised; but, due to the pandemic the sessions did not happen(understood). I called to ask for at least a partial refund, because I knew that those sessions were not going to happen; but, they would not even allow me a partial refund in consideration of this unforeseen situation that caused them to not be able to deliver their services. I totally understood about the sitting fees; but, to charge me the whole amount, and not refund at least a partial, regardless of me not receiving the entire service that I paid for in advance is crazy. I love to support black businesses; but, this one is not right, and I will not do any more business with them, or recommend due to the unfairness of the way they handle things. I understand that this COVID thing is new to all of us; but, come on at least allow people a partial refund in these kind of situations! This just shows that they are about getting over, and it is only about money for this business!
I loved my senior pictures (Fairfield C/o 2017), employees were extremely nice , and patient. I will come back to do my college graduation pictures ! Although the prices are high , the quality of them were GREAT !
