Talk about bad customer service!

I called three times during their office hours at pacific time and no one picked up until finally one person did. The lady who picked up the phone ask me if I could please hold the phone, I said yes. I was left on hold for 30 minutes, then another 15.

Just so I could speak to a lady on the phone who putted me on hold for another extra 15 minutes. (how fun!)

I wanted to buy a few products but I wanted to hold the shipping date for an extra week until I come back from traveling.

I was refused that.

This company is just a hype. Bad customer service, overpriced products, just stick to the brands you know that they actually care!

Customer service SUCKSSS!!! it's been almost a week since i emailed them to get an RMA# for an iron that is unopened and unused--NO RESPONSE, today I was told (I DM someone on IG) to email them yet again. Think twice before you order from them especially if you have issues, you'll be on IGNORE......never again, there are other better products out there, the aggravation and frustration dealing with them is not worth it! I had to give 1 star to post a review, but really should be ZERO stars!!!

Ordered a dryer from their website on Black Friday...

Ordered a dryer from their website on Black Friday. Worst mistake ever. I haven't heard back since ordering. Haven't received a shipping confirmation. I have emailed them, called them all times of the day. I've left voicemails. I finally got thru yesterday and whoever answerered immediately hung on on me. RIDICULOUS. I had to go as far as submitting a complaint with the BBB. They charged my credit card immediately and now won't bother contacting me.
