Talk about bad customer service!

I called three times during their office hours at pacific time and no one picked up until finally one person did. The lady who picked up the phone ask me if I could please hold the phone, I said yes. I was left on hold for 30 minutes, then another 15.

Just so I could speak to a lady on the phone who putted me on hold for another extra 15 minutes. (how fun!)

I wanted to buy a few products but I wanted to hold the shipping date for an extra week until I come back from traveling.

I was refused that.

This company is just a hype. Bad customer service, overpriced products, just stick to the brands you know that they actually care!
