Staff are really nice there. The products are really good too

There are many kinds of tee, but if you ask what you want and you answer it, you can taste the tea. The staff member is kind enough to explain and recommendation is really appropriate. It is also on Melbourne Central in Melbourne City, but I also like to go to Brunswick Street. Drink coffee at Jesper and go a block or two over it and it's across from Jasper. Open the door.

these people really love and know their tea. I love how you have the opportunity to taste test teas before purchasing them. I generally come to the store to my own tea/latte brewed up for a price of $4.50. They provide so much variety compared to cafes however unlike cafes there is no option to sit and drink it (only provides takeaway)

Ahh yes, the original T2. This is the first branch, and it has been brewing up tea for nearly the last 20 years. I've grown quite accustomed to the franchises tea's, especially their oolong and jasmine ranges which are remarkable quality to say the least. Keep up the good work T2!

Great service from a friendly helpful staff member. The interior fits in with the style of Brunswick Street, I was given samples of two teas that I hadn't tried before. Very courteous.

Expensive if you're grabbing your day to day tea but you can get some nice packs for a birthday present and try some interesting samples.

This place has a wide selection of tea to choose from, high quality products, and fantastic aroma. The only down side was you have to drink from a paper cup, also the lady that made my tea was making tea for herself and she put a lot of care in hers and just threw my tea together with no care.

The staff here are really lovely. Tea is fabulous as always.

Expect to pay top dollar at this place but their tea selection is quite wide and varied. The staff, their knowledge and customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced in any T2 shop I've visited. Superb, pleasant and welcoming, my experiences there have left me feeling like they have done all they can to accommodate my requests, however vague or detailed they may be.

Always go the extra mile for customer service here. Great Tea, great store.

Beautiful smells and friendly staff offering all sorts of advice and samples

I have only heard of T2 from the tea I found in my office. Little did I know they had their own store and that's why when I saw this place I decided to enter and give it a look. As someone who loves their tea especially milk tea I found great choices that I was able to buy for my home from here.
