Went to see a pilot, Change your tune. Great to be part of the audience but to see the work that goes into making a talent show was really interesting. Good luck with everything. William

Queuing for a show is very poor. All outside and takes 2 plus hours. No catering for drinks or snacks. Seating is OK for an hour at most. Watched Upstart Crow which was superb from both show and warm up point of view.

Really nice place, not quite sure who owns it now, used to be BBC but whoever has it now must rent it out to tv companies (possibly just bbc?). Lovely place, nice big space. The tv shows are just in a small area so not sure what the rest is like anymore.

Went in as part of a studio audience for a televised recording. Was a great evening and experience. However if your sat in one place for almost 4 hours with no breaks it would be nice if the seats were more comfortable or at least padded!

It's on the South Bank which is nice and convenient. It's an old building though I should say I have only seen the corridor and stairs to a studio plus the studio.

Not much else to say about the place really. Depends on what you're seeing.

If you are seeing a recording then you'll be passed through a series of security checks and will have to wait in line after that until they're ready to seat you. If you're through security then you'll get to see something.

You don't get to pick your seat specifically but if you keep you're eyes open you can target an area by going down the stairs to a seating area that's filling.

I have been to a few recordings (mainly Graham Norton and Alan Carr) and it is always a hit and miss as you don't know if you will be able to get in or not; if you don't you normally get priority tickets for the next show, but it is still a bit frustrating.

People managed like stuff. After more than one hour in the queue they put at your bracelet. Then you need to wait another half hour and pray to be picked up for the entrance. I will never come again.

We went to see the General Election Special of Have I Got News For You. It was really funny. Apart from that, what is there to tell? It's a large building separated by temporary walls into performance spaces with seating for the audience. It is what it is. A great experience though.

I went to see 'Have I got news for you' being filmed last week.

Queueing starts at 5pm, lasts for about 2 hours or so, before another hour waiting in the studio.

I was given a seat that was behind the set. I'm not joking, I could see one of the panelists, the other three and the host were entirely out of view. I do however know exactly what the back of the HIGNFY set looks like.

This means I was forced to watch it on a TV screen (ironic, as I could have done that the next evening at home) and I struggled to hear everything that was going on as everyone was facing away from me. It was definitely not very funny and the people on the opposite side of the studio in a similar seating position to me looked equally deadpan.

The tickets to these events are free, however I felt my role was that of an extra, to fill a seat so that the audience looked full for the camera. It's glaringly obvious that these seats cannot see what's going on, the producers must know this, but they persist nonetheless, taking advantage of their position of providing a free 'live experience'. These seats do not provide that experience and I would suggest that if they want extras on camera then they pay for them. If they simply want an audience, then make sure everyone in that audience can see and hear the show.

I left halfway through filming because it was so awful.
