Very cool hotel. Needs better closet situation. Beds are massive and comfy. TVs hide behind dresser mirrors. Highly recommend.

It was our first time in New York City. After doing a lot of research on a lot of different hotels, nothing compared to The Time. I was impressed with the amenities this hotel offered along with it s great location.
Upon arrival I was nicely greeted by Alexis, she made check in SO easy! Not only that but she went above and beyond. She took the time to make us an itinerary with all the good local rooftop bars along with all the good spots to eat. She also recommended a pizza place that was less than 2 mins away, which was AMAZING! We later on went into our gorgeous room then went down for complementary cheese and wine where we were greeted by Jeff and Dee who also gave us a bunch of food/bar options. We really enjoyed chatting with them , and appreciated them taking the time out of their day to fill us in on the city. Dee even gave us a map of the city, and let me tell you that map had came in handy.. Later on we were greeted by a gentlemen named Josh aka the Batman which he also helped us with another GREAT pizza place! And he even helped us set up a private car to take us directly to the airport. All the staff is so nice and friendly! I feel so at home, even being 3,000 miles away. I highly recommend this hotel. And this will be the first of many trips here at The Time.
And a HUGE thank you to Dee, Jeff, Alexis and Josh! We appreciate all the help and for making our time here at The Time so wonderful!
The most honest review I have ever done!
The Location for this hotel is INCREDIBLE, you are a 2 minute walk away from central times square, The rooms in the hotel are spacious, however there is no where to put any cloths so you have to live out of a suitcase which is not a major problem.
The shower is either HOT or cold! There is no middle ground which personally for me was a nightmare!
You get a free coffee a day from the shop downstairs which is a nice touch and the breakfast is included however there is no hot food available from there.
I would recommend the hotel 100% and we would come back here again no problems atall.
Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable
I find this hotel a nice, trendy cute little place. They give free breakfast, which is from 7am to 11am, on which i have to thank them. You still get time to sleep normally or be lazy in the bed, not all of us wakes up with the sun. The hotel is really nicely decorated, i love the dark mood it gives a little bit of elegant feeling. My criticism is mostly for the room, the dresser is so fragile, the door holders are both broken, the drawer door is not closing, the tv is completely out of simetry in the wall. And the entrance door is soo hard to open you need two hands. So if you want a nice modern and updated place in Manhattan i recommend this place.
What a great find, we found this hotel on their website and was weary if they were pet- friendly so I called them up last minute before arriving and they said they were which made it so much more special to come stay here. We were instantly welcomed with open arms and everyone fell in love with our dog Frankie! Many thanks to Dee Gilbert David D. (Security) and the Front Desk guys who were patient with us. Cristina also helped us with dinner plans. We are so happy to be here!
Lovely stay here for 4 days / 3 nights. Staff are super friendly and more than happy to help. Bedroom was quite small but by far one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. With New York hotels are all about location and you are within SECONDS of Times Square. Perfect location. The breakfast was a little something for nothing so could perhaps be worked on but apart from that great hotel all round!
This hotel feels like someone put lipstick on a pig. The room is small, the Air conditioning/heating system feels like a motel, and the decor in the room isn't practical cool and modern. The elevators are very very slow and not efficient, and the hot water in the shower is cumbersome. The staff is friendly, and the bed is comfortable but has the thickest pillows known to man.
All good - room new and very comfortable. if you want to be very close to times square and still be a little quiet - this is great. Had a breakfast included in the room which, while not spectacular, was satisfactory and did the job.. Staff sometimes struggled to keep the food coming when it was a little busy, but more than helpful. Would happily return.
Nice boutique hotel on a quiet street but super convenient to Times Square and all the Broadway shows. Room was small but comfortable. The bathroom is cruise-ship sized though. There are plenty of outlets and usb chargers. The downside is the fridge is a minibar and it isn t cold. Plus it was never restocked. We never saw a concierge. The check in clerk seemed confused and at the end of our stay, we were charged twice for unexplained charges. I expected a charge for the waters and snacks, but there was an unexplained additional $44 charged added on 4 days after we returned home. Also we wanted coffee (supposed to be complementary) one morning and it was after 7 and they weren t open.
Location is great. A quick walk away from time center and Rockefeller. Rooms are decently spacious and the bathroom looks decent. The sink stopper was broken and the water pressure was low. The staff were a hit or miss on how nice they were. Probably would not stay here again.
