I interview people all the time in order to create our content and there are two things I hate doing. 1) listening to the sound of my own voice. 2) transcribing the recording (it takes me forever). I needed a long and complex recording from a very boisterous Board meeting transcribed in a hurry. 6 voices with mixed accents, 2.5 hrs long, with lots of interruptions and people talking over the top of each other...frankly, a transcription nightmare.
