I have been able to bring down the cost of operations since I started using the fleet management solutions by hutch. The hour of service is automated and I can easily track the fuel used and route taken by my drivers. Though their reporting services are underutilized, they are still very useful and helpful in the maintenance of fleet records. This has been the best service for fulfilling our business needs.
Amazing customer service and support from the team of experts at Hutch really made the transition to E-Logs a lot easier than we were expecting. The driver training they offer in different languages is really useful for a company that has a diverse group of drivers such as ours. Rajat was always just a phone call away and happy to workout issues that came up in the early stages of the transition and continues checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. Have used fleet management solution of Keep Truckin and Fleetmatics. This is my third try with a different company. They make up for the drawbacks and glitches I faced in ELD and Fleet management solution of previous companies. Best thing is that I can just go to the online link and accurately monitor the trucks. IFTA reporting system helps save a lot of time and money. Highly recommended. Will keep Hutch Systems my partner for years to come.

Easy to use and understand. Excellent support services. Their ELD device is really advanced. I am particularly happy with the warning alerts they send on the spot when any violation occurs. Makes it easy to track the trucks in a efficient way. Their support staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They have helped my drivers whenever they needed assistance. Though the prices are certainly competitive, but they are totally worth the cost.
The owner Gary is very active and helpful. I just signed up with them and the whole staff is there to help you from the very beginning including technical support or billing. I am glad I signed up with them for our log book needs. - AA Express
Full featured fleet solutions with a price tag to match
Can t say it s the first choice to make in terms of cost, however, the quality and the numerous solutions they provide make up for the extra bucks. The support services are impeccable as well.
