I am always amazed at the underlying complexity of the SyTech RIOS System, while at the same time the interface is simple, intuitive, and easy to use for the operators.

Our older RIOS system needed an upgrade this past year, and SyTech sent a technician to help with the switchover and hold an impromptu training. It is very unique to have a technician fully competent with the technical aspects of the system be able to teach the system as well, all my operators were very impressed with him. I cannot speak highly enough about Wesley or SyTech. My contact, Aaron, is always responsive when I call or email and can usually guide me through any issues. In the one rare time the system needed maintenance, SyTech again proved its worth with a short turn around time back into service.

Understand that the RIOS System is more than just an interconnect, it serves all of our Incident Command needs when deployed - from dispatching, logging, recording, as well as patching or interconnecting. It is the heart and center of our Command and Control asset. The RIOS System would be a highly valuable additional to any emergency response organization where communications is a priority. In my area of operations there are many disparate radio systems, it is a tool whose value cannot be overstated in my case. I recently worked with SyTech on one of our RIOS upgrade sites and I wanted to leave a review to let you know how thankful we are for the SyTech install team. The lead installer had a brain like an encyclopedia and taught us new things that will help keep our team safe and our operations efficient. The installer who was present had a serious eye for attention to detail and took serious pride in their work.

The product quality and support I have received from SyTech has been outstanding. The RIOS user interface is intuitive and allows for easy training of operators. Highly recommended.

We have utilized RIOS for about 10 years and the customer support has always been one phone call away. Several years ago we completed a major overhaul to our mobile command post and we updated the RIOS server and added several more client positions. Through this upgrade, Aaron, came out and helped with installing the new hardware/software. After this was complete he conducted several hours of hands on training with our staff. RIOS has always been valuable to our operations and in the event of a glitch (which have been very few), we simply called and it was handled very promptly and professionally. I would recommend this software to anyone, especially in the public safety field, since customer service is so important. The operation of the software is very user friendly and a crash course for the end user will get them started on the basic operations.
