By far one of the friendliest shops I've ever stepped foot into! I picked up a new camera bag and a tripod which was at a great price but the best part was they allowed me to bring my canon camera and try the bag. Everyone who uses pro body dslr cameras know it's next to impossible to find a bag that fits right and holds your daily gear. They let me try it and I walked out with it for a great price. Win-win!!!
I had one of the new Canon R5 camera bodies on order from one of the big online dealers. This model was on back order everywhere with a month long backlog of orders at most places. While doing a really wide search, I found that Green Mountain had one in stock. I called to verify that, they pulled if from the shelf, I placed my order online and they shipped it that day. It arrived by 2 day air when I expected it to. I was really hoping to have this for a job on the following Saturday and they made that happen. It couldn't have been much better.
All I can say is wow. The customer service provided by Green mountain is incredible, I received fast responses to emailed questions about stock and the status of my order. Coming from a primarily Amazon customer its a bit of shock at how much more intuitive and personal shopping at a smaller store like GM camera is. I am blown away by their selection and ability to get me hard to find items! I am telling all of my friends and family to shop here for their photography needs and it has become my main retailer for my increasing demand for the latest and greatest photography gear!

The digital photo printing service is wonderfully convenient and high-quality. The system they use allows you to upload photos right from your phone, which is where most of my photos live, and get them turned into prints. It's a treat to have physical copies of favorite photos.

The service here is excellent. I dealt with the same employee both times I visited, and both times he was incredibly helpful, polite, and informative. I will say that I wish that they carried more analogue film products, but I would highly recommend this store if you're looking to purchase a digital camera or equipment like camera bags, straps, photo storage books/albums, lenses, filters, etc.
