This place does it right. Put the bills in the back of the trailer and the lumper is all handled electronically. No need to go into the building and wait in lines. Drivers just stay in their trucks. Thanks SYSCO. Wish everybody did it this way.

Terrible place to unload at. Appt was for 8am so I arrive at 8am and go directly into the dock..6 hours later I am finally unloaded but I guess it takes another hour to give you your bill of lading? This place is a joke!!

This is absolutely the worst place to work. They screw their people over all the time and don't really care about their customers. Don't work for them and don't do business with them I guarantee you WILL REGRET IT!!!! It's all about Sysco and the mighty dollar they don't care about anything else.

They are always friendly, however don't expect them to care about you're appointment time. They have kept me there for many hours on many occasions due to staffing situations and the fact that it is busy. Typically i only have issues on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Turning right onto 62nd from Georgetown is very ti...

Turning right onto 62nd from Georgetown is very tight because there's a small median about 3-4 inches high separating the single right lane from the others. The only way to clear it is to have your tandams at least 10th hole or less, swing wide, and ride up your left tractor tires on the median for about 20 feet until it's safe to pull back in lane. If you know a better way onto 62nd I would take it instead of 465 to Georgetown and turning right on 62nd.

Some overnight spots, look at the satellite view and you'll seem them outside the gate. You can pull up to the gate as early as 6am, call the phone number on the speakerphone and give the guy the PO number he wants.
They skip having you write out a comcheck, just need the express code.

Truck entrance off Guion Ln, not 62nd

Our driver arrived at 7am for his 8am appointment. They took the $300 lumper payment immediately (of course) , assigned dock at 8am, didn't even begin unloading until 10am. Out at 1pm. 5 hours for 25k lbs of plastic trays. Imagine if it was food. Almost lost our reload, thanks Sysco!

Not a bad place. Just don't show up with your load shifted and destroyed and you'll be fine. No deliveries before 6 am. Must have appt. Must reschedule if you are more than 2hr late. You can sit in the lot outside the gate.

Employers post sign on bonus to employees and never give them the bonus. They also say don't tell you that you might be put on a 4 day 10 hours shift and not get the overtime they say in the interview overtime after 8 hours if you work a normal five day shift. On 4 day 10 hours shifts you dont get overtime until after 10 hours.

Worst place to deliver. 4 hours and haven t even taken a pallet off the trailer. Talked to the office said don t have room to take the product. After i told them i don t provide storage services and they need to find a holding company to hold their product for them they quickly found the room to unload me within 20 minutes of me walking out of the office

I delivered here and everything went well! I showed up 40 minutes early. You pull up to the gate and call the number on the cardboard (that needs to be replaced with something better). They gave me a dock and opened the gate. I was unloaded and leaving within 1 hour! 11 pallets! This Great friendly fast service gets a 5 star rating!

Trucker Report: Arrived at 7 pm for overnight park...

Trucker Report: Arrived at 7 pm for overnight parking. There is a dirt lot in front of the truck entrance. There were already 5 other trucks parked there. There is probably room for 15 trucks if they park right. The truck entrance is on GUION LN, not w 62nd st!!!! I took W 56th st, made a left on Georgetown rd, a right on 62nd st, and then a left on Guion st and then finally a right on Guion Ln. I suggest taking W 56th st and then making a left onto Guion st and then a right on Guion ln BECAUSE if you go the first route, when making that right on 62nd st, it is only 1 lane and it has a median, even if you got as wide as you could, your tandems are still going to go up on the curb unless they are all the way up. Anyway, I had an 8 am appointment, I checked in at 7:45 am and got a door right away. You will need a PO # to get through the entrance gate. Backed in door, chock wheels and bring paperwork inside building B (Dock 30). Dock doors 30-38 (Reefer) can be slightly challenging because they are blind so you will need to turn around and depending on what door you probably won't be able to set up the same way you do for other docks. There are bathrooms inside BUT it says employees only on the doors and they are locked, if you are nice enough they may let you use them if you ask for the key. Got a phone call that paperwork was ready at 10:15 am.

The representatives are nice and helpful, but majority of the delivery drivers for Sysco are absolutely awful. We always have missing products, our driver rarely leaves invoices. When we do receive products, they are usually badly damaged. Our driver is very careless. On one occasion our driver ripped a bag of flower and left it all over our lobby and back of the store. It is very rare to receive a delivery from Sysco without any issues. I wish they would issue a new driver for our route. He is horrible!!! Worst service out of all of our vendors!

OTR, delivery. Had 9:00 appointment, came night before, have space for overnight parking in front of the gate. Receiving opens around 700, went to the gate around 8:15 got door right away, unloading took about an 1hr and 1hr for paper work, they say someone will bring it but u have to pick it up yourself, overall not a bad place.
