I was recommended to use their Liss premises for an Apple Macbook upgrade, pre-lockdown. Rob and Stephen are very polite and have customer service as a priority. Since then, I have used them to restore my crashed iPhone frozen on the Apple screen of death ! They do not give up easily. It took some time but it's back working after a full backup from iCloud. We all rely too much on these tech toys.

I recently cracked the screen on my Macbook . I took it to Synstar in Rake where the service was excellent as always. Lilly quickly sourced a screen and I had my Macbook back in 3 days. In the past couple of years they have helped me solve quite complex problems with my Acer computer. I cannot recommend them highly enough - always a pleasant welcome and a high level of professionalism.

Due to problems caused by Windows updates, asked for my laptop to be reverted to Windows 7. Completed in a couple of days and offered advice and guidance on additional bits and pieces. First class service, would certainly recommend.

The service was excellent. Lili was very pleasant and helpful. Has I am disabled, she carried my computer to and from my vehicle. My computer is a 27" IMAC. I had a problem with the screen going black. They fixed it with a replacement graphics card. While they had my machine they cleaned out the dust.
I recommend them to anybody who has a computer equipment problem.

Top marks for Syn-Star, They managed to source the problem with my Mac, offer me a solution to fix it as well as recommendations for further future-proofing I could do; with no hard sell or hidden costs including a swift turnaround. I got a 5-star service throughout from Lily and Rob so Im giving them 5 stars.

I was recommended to use Syn Star for replacement of the battery in my iPhone.

Very efficient and prompt service, battery fitted in an hour, at a very reasonable cost.

My iPhone now has a new lease of life and performs like new.

They've had our iMac coming up to nine weeks now. Petersfield were unable to identify it was a failed motherboard so it was sent to Portsmouth after I complained it was taking too long. The Portsmouth store picked this up quickly and replaced it with a faulty motherboard so we're now waiting for another replacement from the U.S, because apparently no where in the UK had them in stock prior to Xmas. Perhaps this company are able to fix PCs efficiently but I highly recommend taking your iMac to Apple, even if your warranty has run out. They would have fixed it in no time. This has, and still is causing problems for us, because our life is on that Mac. We're seriously cheesed off. Giles Cleverly is the owner and he puts his own positive reviews for his own company.

Excellent. Rob and Lily are very helpful and knowledgeable - great team. They advised on the kit we needed and undertook a service and upgrade for an existing machine. Rob came to install and he was efficient, tidy and very knowledgeable.
