They've had our iMac coming up to nine weeks now. Petersfield were unable to identify it was a failed motherboard so it was sent to Portsmouth after I complained it was taking too long. The Portsmouth store picked this up quickly and replaced it with a faulty motherboard so we're now waiting for another replacement from the U.S, because apparently no where in the UK had them in stock prior to Xmas. Perhaps this company are able to fix PCs efficiently but I highly recommend taking your iMac to Apple, even if your warranty has run out. They would have fixed it in no time. This has, and still is causing problems for us, because our life is on that Mac. We're seriously cheesed off. Giles Cleverly is the owner and he puts his own positive reviews for his own company.
