Very good organization which serves in the field of IT and software services. Office is very cool and have facilities which needs to be there. Definitely recommended.
If you're interested with new technology the place is full of opportunity. New HR and management talks politely and professionally. Company have many connections in india and rest of the world. There Dev and web teams working with international venture. Do expect fancy office where people do time pass. Alea is a place where people do serious work..... Work which can change you whole learning process and carrier. By the way I am not working there. This just my observations and personal opinion.
