The quality of cabinets exceeded my expectations and the redesign turned out better than I could have imagined. Jodi, my designer, was professional, courteous and provided me with plenty of options to choose from. The installer was in and out in half a day and also very polite and did a fantastic job! Could have been more pleased with the process from start to finish and would use Closet Factory again in the future.
We hired Closet Factory to redesign our home office. Our designer, Rachael Patullo worked with us to design an absolutely beautiful office. She listened to our needs and wishes and created a design that exceeded our expectations. She helped us ensure that the entire design came together from cabinetry, flooring, countertops, paint, and lighting. We were also extremely pleased with the installation team. They were meticulous in their work and even supported a last minute change in cabinet depth without any hesitation so that we were 100% happy with the finished product. We have been enjoying our new office for a couple months now and there is no doubt that the functionality of the design is working well, the design aesthetic is exactly what we wanted, and the durability of the built-ins is excellent. I just had my master closet installed and I am thrilled! It looks beautiful and just what I had anticipated after meeting with my designer, Lauri. After significantly downsizing, I needed more space. Lauri meticulously inventoried all my clothing and accessories and made sure I had a place for everything. The cabinet fronts in my new closet were able to be matched to my existing cabinets. From the design process to the installation, everyone at the Closet Factory was very professional, courteous, and did a tremendous job. Additionally, I did some price comparison and I found that Closet Factory has a superior product for less cost than a major competitor. I recommend!

We are very pleased with our murphy bed/wall unit and closet installations. The design process was easy, and Closet Factory was especially accommodating when we had to postpone and reschedule installation more than once due to covid related issues.

Of the six closet design companies I visited, I selected three to give a preliminary design and cost estimate. Of the three, Closet Factory was by far the most helpful and efficient. Rachael created a number of 3D designs on site and developed a couple of alternative designs before we made a final selection. The price was competitive, and the installation went smoothly. We'll certainly use Closet Factory again should the need arise.

I was looking to custom build an office and a media room. Kathleen Mathien represented Closet Factory and she caught right away what was needed and she offered several ideas to cut the cost. Kathleen designed the space for us and we went back a few times with changes. All of our changes were considered patiently and we waited for a couple of months for the installation. The cost of the custom built office and media room came one of the lowest only second to the NY-based company that ships you the cabinets for DIY installation. The installation crew led by Jorge and his son were amazing. They showed-up on time, did a great job and made sure we are completely satisfied with our new office and media room. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience I had with Closet Factory.

Very pleased with the bookshelves. We did a large built in, and they came out great. The installation crew was great! There was a problem with one of the cases on delivery, they called back to the store and a corrected piece was delivered within the hour. Our salesmen was wonderful, she stopped by during the installation. We have another project soon and we will use them again.

Not happy..... We had to wait almost 2 months to have our closet installed. Then when they did come to install they were missing 3 items and the glass was broken. They told me they had to order new glass and it would be here in 2 days. I waited until the 3rd day and nobody called. When I called to check in, the receptionist was so incredibly rude. Telling me she had no idea when the glass was coming in and that I just had to wait. When the glass finally arrived... they came to install...and the doors were missing the wood frame. It was just the glass with handles! We paid for this upgrade which was not cheap! We paid more than $7000 for a half done closet. Our sales person never once called either to thank us for the business or to check how things went. Just disappointed.
We completely remodeled our laundry room and visited many closet showrooms and had several companies come out to measure and give us ideas and quotes. Lauri Wright from Closet Factory in Scottsdale, was our choice because we could do everything custom size with amazing choices for finishes. Many companies had stock size cabinets and their design only used those sizes no matter if those were not compatible with our layout choices. They wanted us to adopt our design to their sizes. Lauri not only worked with us on an amazing layout, we did many design factors that were not standard. We would dream up some idea, and Lauri would make it happen. She was FABULOUS to work with!!! Our laundry room turned out even better than we had hoped for! I would completely, without hesitation, recommend Closet Factory and especially Lauri Wright!

Charmaine did a great job designing the space for our use and was wonderful to work with. The installer was very conscientious and meticulous, did a great job. We couldn't be happier with the product. They called a week ahead to remind us and were here on the scheduled day. Charmaine followed up to make sure we were happy, good customer service!

Our new closet installation worked out perfectly. Kyndra, our designer, created a closet that accommodated all of our needs. We had a small space to work with, but Kyndra designed the space so that every inch was used to its full potential. The installers were polite, neat, and very efficient.
