I am very pleased with the service, product and installation from The Closet Factory. Our project included a master closet, murphy bed and built-in desk and garage cabinets. From start to finish Rachael was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She worked with me on my schedule , even delaying installation when I couldn't make it back into town in time. The couple of glitches were handled immediately and I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend The Closet Factory and, in particular, Rachael. A very good experience all around.
