Not happy..... We had to wait almost 2 months to h...

Not happy..... We had to wait almost 2 months to have our closet installed. Then when they did come to install they were missing 3 items and the glass was broken. They told me they had to order new glass and it would be here in 2 days. I waited until the 3rd day and nobody called. When I called to check in, the receptionist was so incredibly rude. Telling me she had no idea when the glass was coming in and that I just had to wait. When the glass finally arrived... they came to install...and the doors were missing the wood frame. It was just the glass with handles! We paid for this upgrade which was not cheap! We paid more than $7000 for a half done closet. Our sales person never once called either to thank us for the business or to check how things went. Just disappointed.
