Extremely disappointed in Thomas C. Ewe, CEO. He and his staff need to take Customer Service 101 classes.
We are using Liquid UI across the organization. They help in synthesizing the different aspects and functions of each department. However, I believe that their service could be improved and should have worked on making the UI more friendly and organized.
Great tools and products. Doing business has never been easier. Synactive made our transition to the new software seamless. Our team was a bit apprehensive at first, but they walked us through the new system. We are also happy that they were easy to reach for any questions.
Amazing people to work with. They were consistently in contact with our team throughout the process. We were having some difficulties rolling out the software and they walked us through the project. Good product, better services.
There's not enough room for employee growth. Working here probably means stagnating your career. There are no good opportunities for advancement, and what you'll learn here is very minimal. Also, the CEO is a terrible person who will shout at you for making a mistake. Think twice before deciding to work here.
It's been a month since I last raised my concern about the system glitch that we're having but up until now, we didn't receive any response or useful resolution that could help us. Their customer support were terrible and on the very few times that they answered they weren't helpful at all.

This company doesn't have a good work environment. Management doesn't acknowledge the effort of employees. The managers don't know how to recognize talent, and they don't utilize employers' skills. There is very limited room for growth and development here. If you want to advance your career, this is not the company to work for.
It is hard to move up in the company, in any meaningful way. The health benefits are terrible. It takes forever to get anything done weather it be getting deliverables out the door or getting an employee review, it feels like pulling teeth to get things expedited. Favoritism is very obvious and unfortunately, outside the favored few, it is difficult to turn ideas into action.
Difficult people to work with. They have the worst customer service ever. We were having some difficulties with the software and some glitches and errors but they couldn't be found. They seemed to abandoned us after the project without guiding our team how to troubleshoot should there be glitches. It was an unpleasant and disappointing ending of the project.
I never had a problem partnering up with Synactive. They are accommodating and transparent. They did not leave us throughout the process. From the assessment to the implementation of the new solution, they were available and ready to answer any questions. So efficient!
Management Needs to be Very Clear About Their Expectations
PROS: I like the fact that the company welcomes fresh graduates with no experience to be part of the team. They also give fair benefits for their regular employees.
CONS: Though they give benefits, it goes higher and higher with lower coverage. As a worker, I also demand of fast internet connection which the company sometimes does not have. As for the people in higher positions, they easily get annoyed when things went bad. This attitude adds to the pressure of their workers.
Their support staff are the most unprofessional, rude people who don't have enough knowledge about the products they offer. When you call in for help, they do not know what to do and relay your problem to someone else.

We find their product sophisticated and useful. It made our work process smoother. Their staff is highly professional. They are always available to answer our queries. They even provide assistance when we are having a hard time adjusting.
Their products and services can be better. Needs more improvement in all aspects even in training their staff on how to deal with clients.
Their mobile product Liquid UI is just amazing! Our shop floor users can connect to SAP system easily and create orders quickly.
Even it is very helpful for our managers in making order approvals on their iPads, on the go.

Everything we experienced here was a pain. From the beginning to the end, there wasn't anything they did that we were happy about or even satisfied.
After-sales services are terrible. They promise constant communication, but it's more like non-existing communication. They say provide end-to-end solutions, but it's more like end-to-end your life problems. They definitely need improvements or much better, an overhaul in all aspects of their services.
Their team is disorganized. The processes are jumping from one step to another without completing each step. After all the wait, you get something that is still incomplete with a UI that is not user-friendly.

Though the product was good, the implementation process was quite bad. They took forever to respond to urgent questions and requests. It was pretty annoying. Beware of their fake promises of constant communication.

Middle-management is quite as they don't know how to manage employees expectations. They just pile on work on people and sit there to watch people struggling to do it.
We didn't have better WIFI connectivity in our warehouses. We wanted a robust
solution to interact with our SAP system seamlessly to avoid the manual entry paperwork and improve productivity. And then, we learned from their website about Offline Solution for SAP interactivity through Liquid UI.
And interestingly, they have Offline solutions for Android too. We got in touch with them and got the solution built for us that we needed.
