I am responding to the review posted by Richard Dwyer this past week. There has never been a Richard Dwyer associated with Synactive and therefore I have reported the review as fake to Google. Enough said.

As the person responsible for Customer Success at Synactive I am very concerned about Trish Flores' negative perceptions and her dissatisfaction. I have reached out and started a dialog with her.

We are proud of a long history of hundreds of satisfied customers and I would like to add Trish to that list. I hope to resolve her concerns and issues and am always available to help her or any client at any time.
