Elegant and in close proximity to Nairobi city. Hosts a gym, coffee shops, clinics and various showrooms for furniture and sanitary ware. Not so crowded, secure and with lots of parking space. Also ideal place for an office or for some private working space.

I recently visited their Donyo Park development on Donyo Sabuk Avanue and I was very impressed by what they are doing there. I cannot wait to see the outcome of other of their developments like Skynest in Westlands and Arboretum View in Kileleshwa.
