Only this march 2019 I purchased 1 unit of second hand motorcycle at mitsukoshi motors in your dolores branch in eastern samar. A REPO. It has been purchased 6mos ago prior to the date I purchased it. It was 36mos term and i'm paying 1875 pesos per month.

Anyway they have assured me that the registration paper would be ready as soon as possible, since they said that it was already been registered in LTO. 6 mos passed and I still dont have the papers so I'm starting to get worried because I would get into trouble sinve we know it's illegal, and it's over a year since it has been purchased so it's unacceptable that they still dont have the papers.

A lot of customer was also complaining about their registration papers. And so I gave an ultimatum that if they couldnt give the papers i'm asking, I dont have a choice but to surrender the unit to them and purchase other unit from other branch that could provide me the legal papers.

Instead of saying sorry and assuring me that they would follow up about the issue, one of your employee (I dont know his name) got offended about my honest remark and ask for my receipts to see my payment records instead of looking into your computer system, he then accused me of backlogging (if my term was correct, it means that I'm late for a month payment) it has so happened that my receipt from the previous month was not attached.
He rudely ordered the other employee to get my keys and seize the unit. I carefully explained to him that it was not attached and I have paid for it but he continue being rude by mentioning that I am bound by the contract and they could really have the right to take back the unit.
I said that I knew about the contract and that I'm not breaching any of it.
Instead of saying sorry about his mistake he continue to give offensive remarks and so I left.

I mean, Ive seen a lot of bad behavior of your employees and this has been the remarks of other customers. And they badmouth them after getting into a fight with them with all the other customers to hear; the line kept piling up and a lot of times have to stand for several minutes and maybe hours just for a simple payment because they keep blabbering lots of nonsense instead of doing their job.

I know that your company does not tolerate this kind of behavior so I'm looking forward that you find time to look upon this matter. Thank you.

To be fair, not all of their employees are like that. I dont know the name of those rude employees but so it was a male and a female in the higher position of that branch because they are the one sitting and ranting while others are busy doing their job.
