Lovely staff... breakfast was good and the rooms were neat and clean...More will be seen soon as they are upgrading

Rooms are good, staff behaviour and service is good. Only issue is with the food which is not at all up to the mark.

It's a large .property rooms are good size .but not well maintained and renovated ,leaking bathroom fittings ,old bathrooms and furnishings ,service is slow and tardy ,no mprofessionalism

Courteous helpful staff , good food, spacious room, but the rooms on the upper floors are being renovated for dampness . On request they changed the room to the second floor which was good. The tv has a DTH connection via wifi.

Other than hot water problem, this place is very good for having a comfortable stay. You get only lukewarm water at any time and complaining will not help as that is the capacity that they have.

The hotel is very nice and it has really premium features. The service is very good and the food items here are awesome and delicious. It has a roof hall for open parties too.

Landmark location in recent times. Can be related to the new smart city of Bhubaneswar. Locally it is a brand in itself. Hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are equipped with all modern amenities. They have a very well maintained pool inside. Lobby is exquisite and staffs are helpful and well behaved. This has to be a good option for the visiting tourists for their stay in Bhubaneswar.

A decent 3 star Hotel. The AC in the room does not cool properly.

Not worth it.
1. Rooms & bathroom were maintained.
2. Charges were exuberant & not commensurate to facilities provided.
3. The hotel was not prompt in its service.
4. The lift has a structural fault & only two lifts for seven floor building.

Hence Not Recommended.

Hotel needs some air refreshing. The air is musky with strong stench of worn, dated furniture. Room is a mix bag, bed and flooring is good but the toilet tilings and wooden furnishings require repairs

Guests are not allowed to your room.
Too expensive for middle class people.
