While waiting for my flight, I could'nt find a clean place in the hall. Everywhere was a sticky floor, trash. Coffee is expensive.
While waiting for my flight, I could'nt find a clean place in the hall. Everywhere was a sticky floor, trash. Coffee is expensive.
Always giving us troubles and always treating us as criminals ,not happy at all with this airport
Small airport, getting lost is impossible. On the ground floor there is an inexpensive store where you can eat. On departure 4 cabins passport control, the queue moves quickly enough, but it is better to come in advance. In the clean zone there is duty free.
From the airport to Bratislava, you can get to the city bus N61, as well as to Vienna airport and Vienna itself - Flixbus and Slovaklines go there from the price of 5 .
It's all OK, but finding a power socket to charge your mobile phone (that carries the all-important digital boarding pass) is rather difficult. Nor are there any airside, it seems. There are two sockets landside, but they're hidden in corners of the check-in hall and you'd need to ask for directions to locate them...
Clean airport, everything nice, check-in fast, but did someone explain to me how it is possible that after passport control I can't buy anything other for breakfast like cakes and chips? When I ask a salesman at a Coffeshop company why he sells two-day baguettes, he smiles at me and tells me to go next to the store, because he has to sell it (dry and greenish prosciutto only belongs in the basket and not on the counter) - " JOKE "and when I come to (Tobacco Press), the fridge is empty and the shop assistant gives me an answer that it is very early and that they have to wait for the goods, LOL. Well, sorry, but at the international airport it has to frch 24/7. If you want SLOVAKIA to be represented in the world normally, then something must be done about it, because food and drink is a complete but complete basis! I find it funny that I have to bother with this. well thank you
We got the luggage right after the arrival but what about the baking in the hall on the ground where water dripped
Very negative experience when we had to wait for 1.5 hours for luggage. Chaos on luggage belts - luggage went on a different belt than the display showed. No response, communication with customer service parties. Far from good service compared to other smaller airports :-(
Modern, clear airport, few shopping opportunities.
Oh, the staff was very unfriendly, there was no refund for the damaged luggage ...
I can only praise the small airport and it is clear where to go - not to lose. But that's all. Absolute reluctance and uninformation of both staff and staff in shops and restaurants - except for exceptions. When I ask myself where I can print the ticket that yesterday was canceled due to canceled flight and she was moved the next day, she told me that I could fly with what I had originally. When I told her that he had sent me somewhere with the master, she said so try on the check-in. You can print it ... real professionalism. Prague is a bigger airport and probably more confusing for many people, but the staff is always the one!
Jibak to your answer: I have to have a printed ticket in Morocco, not an electronic one ...
Very nice airport, not a lot of people and it's generally easy to navigate around here. Better than most comparable airport for sure
I will not evaluate things like cleanliness and awards, and that's what many have said about it. But for someone to interpret a backpack from a plane for 50 minutes (a concrete example from today's Dubai flight), that is an absolute disaster. I was at X airports all over the world but this is escaping. If the passport from the book could have been slow, it would probably have happened. Why is it possible to pull out the backpack from Ryanair normally and from Dubai not? I did not notice that a lot of aircraft would land. Ryanair will take off in 20 minutes, so it must be overcome if we do not want to let the traveler go, we do not have to pay for it but for an hour. It may seem like an impulse, do not worry, but the services of such a category do not belong to the airport. This is very often the case for me to say that it has happened ...
Small, tidy, nice design and very clean ! A very nice airport
Wow, this place sure was tiny! My plane was delayed extensively and I spent a lot of time here. When I finally flew out, there were only 6 people aboard my propeller aircraft. The smoking joint affiliated with the restaurant in the departure area is quite the gem.
The duty-free shop is absolutely no! And the airport is well decorated.
Small but clean modern, clear, only if more airlines come. :)
They didn't have Pringles chips at the airport in any store ...
If there was a minus, I would definitely put the whole airport under it. NO LEN that dirt and brothel everywhere on the floor, dust is bent here like somewhere in abandoned hotels. Do not use your own toiletries at your own risk, and certainly wrap your hand disinfection. Close the entire airport. !!!!!
For me, 4+
Entrance gates quickly and efficiently
Everywhere clean
And very empty, few passengers and departures
Such a great silence
The airport is very small, cozy and beautiful but there are a number of fat minuses. First, there is no luggage department at the airport. Luggage in Bratislava can be rented only at the main train station, which is a half-hour bus ride away. Secondly, there is no airport security. It so happened that I had a transplant all day and had to spend the whole night at the airport. At half past three, two very sober and wicked men decided to sit down in my place and my girlfriend, saying that they would be sitting here because they were a place for everyone. I note that at that moment there were a lot of vacancies on the ground floor. After the conversation came to a standstill, I had to forcefully banish people, there was a fight, which resulted in spilled beer on the floor and on us. My girlfriend of half an hour was desperate for security, and I was looking for a person who could put away the consequences of a fight. Our searches were futile and we simply had to move to other places. Third, there is no information desk. Exactly, but when I was looking for staff there was no one on the spot.
I am glad that such a country also had an airport that meets the standards. Personally, I am satisfied with the approach of the staff and with the offer of the airport due to its size.
The airport is good, small but clean and well arranged
It looked quite well there and the service was fast and secure. The people working there also are nice.
Very small (~9 gates), but very clean and well organized. Ryanair's hub
Solid facilities, but staff's behavior could be described as an advertisement to stay the hell out of Bratislava/Slovakia, rude, inattentive, and outright insulting. We've been treated like second class citizens at the border control, the cleaning lady yelled at my girlfriend in the bathrooms, and the security staff made fun of us when we didn't understand their Slovak instructions. Way to go for an international airport...
Be attentive! The navigator does not always lead to the desired destination. Sometimes it leads to the center of the airport, not to the main building.
The airport is located practically in the city, it is possible to get by city transport.
The building is relatively small but modern.
When completing Duty Free documents, some problems have arisen.
Sustainable information was said that registration takes place after passing border control.
Indeed, after passing the border guards, there was a stable design Duty-free boxes where to throw envelopes, but there was no customs officer.
The frontier guards said that they had to call and call the customs officer (there was a phone on the racks), there was no need to dial the number, raise the listener, the employee responds.
But according to his words, it was necessary to complete the registration even before the passage of all inspections and even registration of the flight, somewhere on the ground floor.
But he came all the way and made it all.
Judging by the fact that people who were also waiting for registration gathered a lot, the information service on the place of registration of documents Duty-free informed not very well.
Still, the customs officer who issued the documents, please show all the things indicated in the checks.
So do not hide them away in suitcases.
All the car rentals companies you can find in the terminal of Bratislava airport
A total dirty hole, a disgusting toilet, a reluctant staff, you can't even write it because it was total horror. True, it's not always the best day to bother you at work, like when you work on information, I'd try it all, but when you arrive from vacation you have a crashing car parked in the airport parking lot (and it stood right under the camera) You don't want to solve anything with the sentence: Please call the supervisor. He will answer: Nobody's here. So please deputy head. This is me. So let's sort it out with us. I won't deal with you. Then another surprise comes at the box office after 4 days parking amount 392 which is quite a thief, at the entrance was a sign that 4-5 days 30 , so for me certainly a disaster in all directions and from Bratislava certainly never in life and leadership should definitely work more on the selection and training of staff.
It is a small airport but ideal for traveling to Prague or Vienna. There are few shops and restaurants.
Small and clean. Most times I travel everything is good. Fast security and good coffee and snacks. But sometimes you get a nasty surprise at the security where they want to throw everything away for some reason. Better double check what is allowed before traveling. Oh and you are not forced to walk through miles of shops as on Stansted.
Is it still a fig ?! Insufficient Management, it's all! He can not understand that it's about details to make the customer happy! All right, sad.
Very dirty bathrooms in the gate. Once landed you have to wait in the bus for 15 min until fully loaded. The bus then brings you to passport control, which is 100m from the plane! It means that you have to wait again in passport control as all passengers arrive in the same time. Very bad organisation. In summary it take you longer to leave this small airport that in Vienna, which is much bigger!
Airport suitable. Passing fast security. Only downside: impossible to see the runways / planes from the terminal, it's a shame.
Airport looks new but is very small. Only one cafeteria inside the international departures zone, no smoking cabins, prices are inadequately high.
By far the rudest staff and police control that I ever encountered.... queue lines are at minimum 1h long in waiting, they almost enjoy in making your first impression bad
Modern and functional airport. Very comfortable. All the services.
Small and clear airport, cleanliness is good. There are only a few shops.
Small, intimate airport but it has its advantages. Very attractive prices in the duty-free shop. Strange organization rules when getting off to planes ("driving" passengers to the "pen", where crowds and cramps stand a few minutes-flight 26.01 to WAW)
Worst security check on arrival I ever see. One can not organize simple passport checking routine.
P.S. The problem is not a routine check itself, but ambiguity in amount of time, one can lose on passport control. It can be 15 minutes or 2 hours and it's not possible to plan anything. And the most unlucky people are with EU residence permit. Sometimes police officers threat them as EU citizens and pass in EU lines, but sometimes see off from EU lines, and they have to go to the back of the non-EU line and wait over again. And of course, there are a lot of bustling non-english speaking russian/ukranian tourists trying to fill all available lines and blocking everything. As long as you have 1-2 such flights per day, it's possible to set banner in russian with clear explanations, which line to select.
Airport where Malo ludi is, everything is from the services, currency exchange, car rentals, cafes, BISK information and even small food Delia
New and modern airport, has always been clean and neat and now? Vsade upatlane glass and windows, spinava floor and toilet will not even describe. I sat there for 4 hours but I did not see cleaning.
Really small compared to other airports but really nice overall
Bratislava Airport is modern, small and neat.It has all the comforts of travelers.
Because of size of the AP, I expected better services and relevant info from official web of the AP. First surprise was cleanliness at the toilets. Missing paper towels, soap and dirty bidets are unacceptable. And then I went through the security check (because on official web is info there is kids corner) to give a chance to my daughter to spend waiting time for gate open in kids corner. But in reality, there no kids corner next to Tha gate no. 1. Wrong, wrong, wrong.
EDT1-06062018- I'm absolutely sure that on your official web map is kids corner marked next to gate 1as number 14. There is an restaurant in which part is kids corner. In reality, it doesn't exist. On the picture "well equipped" kids corner next to gate 10.
airport nice, check-in for flight to Birmingham was quite fast and cool
Perfect size airport.efficent staff.lots of souvenir and duty free shops.
As always at air shows: Mighty impressive the whole high tech! When driving on we came across a plane museum, as far as I remember it was in Slovakia. It was a strange feeling to stand next to a Russian "Rata" and a MIG 15! :-)
Small, clean, Chek-in and Kontrollre runs very well, very nice staff
A very nice airport. Modern, clean, efficient security control, friendly service, good access from the center of Bratislava and a car from Poland, it is not tiring, normal, "urban" gastronomy prices. Flying from Bratislava is a pleasure for me.
Stupid security stuff. The guy took away my key ring i used to fly with before and it was ok, cause it "could be used like a weapon". And as result i lost my key somewhere in the airport. Meanwhile i was allowed to carry a key, a nail file and other stuff onboard (very dangerous stuff too, probably) If u are that guy and u are reading this, have a BAD DAY u ****!
Small airport but with all the necessary services, it is also very clean, the connections x the city are cheap and efficient. Sometimes I used it to go to the nearby vienna where there is an efficient bus but at a much higher price. Scrupulous but not too invasive checks
The airport is clear and easy to get to the exit. There could be more stores, but it is at least clean
nice airoport and clean but is small and there are not very much aerolines
I have to head my head and do not ride. I'm not going to travel to airport wellness.

Toilets absolute disgrace past passport check. No soap,no toilet paper. People not nice either, especially officers
Smelly sewer. People pull out of the stink at the toilet. Dirty floor, the cops are holding.
Basically, do not just keep going like a smell like this.
We had a very unfriendly Check-in today 20.00 at desk 21. This did not happen to us for a long time as airport staff in other airports is usually very friendly.
Everything is super: small, comfortable, clean, with good transport accessibility to the airport. All you need to eat. Minus one star - to local border guards: they are busy with non-Schengen citizens for a very long time ... well, can we really assume that someone who can be identified as a migrant will come to them on a regular flight from Russia ??? Well, not quite the direction ... but people languish in line ... :(
And on departure - the same thing ...
Clean with nice shiny new floors. Toilets quite clean. It had a cafe with tables outside with a small variety of food. Expensive prices for locals. Upstairs there were small duty free and souvenirs.
The airport is really small, the service is adequate, but it is clean, good connection with public transport day and night, from Bohemia you can get here very comfortably and a decent range of flights throughout Europe. The only thing I didn't like was some arrogant staff, especially the girl on the information.
Slovakia's main airport. Renovated roof for 5M EUR. Close to city center
Interesting design. Everything is and at the same time everything is simple
It was in the middle of October in the afternoon. There are very few people. Everything is new, clean. Very pleasant experience. The staff knows English, but in Ukrainian you can also explain. You can eat before passing the migration control (as for me, it s tastier), and you can also after. There are sockets near the chairs. Not much, but there is. In the hall of the dispenser, after registering the sockets are no longer there. There is duty free before and after border control.
The airport is good, has good communication with major European cities.
Very far reaching. In the room is comfortable. Order. Room design is interesting.
In the free time you can drink the cats. Cheapest for 2.5 euros, buy newspapers, magazines.
Very clean airport with organised staff. Flights are usually on time. You can rent a car straight from the airport for good value. Public transport every 20 minutes. This airport is one of the few public facilities Slovakians don't have to be ashamed of.
