Best buffet dinner with great varieties...A bit costly though...

Went there during the Hockey World Cup for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to see that their service and food has improved quite a bit. The cafe in the lobby could use better management though. Overall it was a good experience.

The room service was polite, warm and cheerful however found the front desk cold and not welcoming both during check in and check out. We were given a room in which wash area had no drain hence the entire bathroom would be wet after one finished having bath. The cheap roadside plastic bucket and rusted shower along with torn curtain was the high light of this supposedly 4 star Hotel. The furniture was not dusted properly. It had accumulated dust in the corners. This were doable and could be avoided.

They denied for two wheelers parking. It's very unsatisfactory. They told park outside.

For a hotel that's rated 5, how the services are provided has been a disappointment. Need to be more attentive and alert to customer issues. Many of the channels also don't work.

No hot water in the evenings for a bath. You need that in January.

Beautiful building, lobby, nice bar on 1st floor, sit out coffee and snacks in lobby, but lunch buffet is quiet expensive at rs900/..don't miss the crab curry...

Decent and clean hotel with nice rooms garden swimming pool and Jim. Suitable for family.

Quality of food is not good at all. It is better to eat outside somewhere. Ambience is not at par with any 3 star hotel also. Serviceability and hospitality is pathetic.

Best food quality I ordered chicken shikari and I loved it very well tandoori item.

Value for money. Rooms are really upto the mark. The ambience is good too. Nice restaurants and restrobars add more to its charm.
