Luxury but Buffet food quality bad compire than previous quality

Well the food is good and the price is pretty affordable if your into big hotels. Plus the bar or pub they have is way better than Mayfairs because somehow this place does attract a lot of party people. Well in short its a good place and it's more affordable.. In comparison to Mayfair or pal heights or sungreen. Plus it's got the location advantage too.. That is you can go anywhere from this place as its situated in the heart of the city.

The bar is good.. Location is obviously quite awesome..Staffs are supportive..Food is of good quality and taste is quite credible..

Ambience is good but food & drinks r not upto mark. On asking for fresh lime soda, a horrible drink was served which I couldn't take. Awful.

Rooms and service were good, food was alright. Was only there overnight, was a generally pleasant stay.

Room was good, good linen, clean and soft towels, toilet was clean but looked old. Less tea options in the room, though there is tea maker in the room. Food in the restaurant was tasty and of very good quality.

Our package included welcome drink, which we did not get. Also they were not sure what rates were offered to us and were charging us more, then we had to show the email received from the hotel. I felt the customer service in such matters need a lot of improvement.

Had our anniversary party here. Awesome experience.

The hotel is nothing like in the pictures. There is heavy leakage from the ceiling on each floor where water is dripping on the carpet. It is not only a health hazard but also a safety hazard. I told the manager and he said it's just called sweating and we have it on all floors. Also that it's just been 2 days and we are looking into it. The smell is unbearable and has made me sick over last night. My throat is itchy, I have a bad headache as the ventilation is also all screwed up because of the harmful chemicals seeping out of the walls. I have put up pictures too if you don't believe me. I am checking out now and looking for an alternate hotel during my 2 day stay in this city. I have asked the manager to switch me from this Property to another Swosti property that doesn't have this problem however he conveniently jumped into a meeting and hasn't responded back. Will wait for an hour max and then I'm out of here.

It is a good hotel but I have attending conference which was arranged there and my stay was at another place so I don't have much idea about these but I spent quality time. It's good.

Absolutely premium place!! Almost the best you can get in Bhubaneswar

Its a 5 star luxury hotel. Just 8 km away from airport and 7 km away from railway station. It was large swimming pool. And very tasty buffet lunch and dinner.

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast and spacious rooms. Staff is very courteous and friendly.

Best place to organize an event. Centrally located, well decorated & having a capacity of more than 500 for family party or Official function.

Attended a marriage ceremony their. It was good but the sitting arrangements were few. Food was OK not very good not very bad. It's a huge hotel, room service were available. Parking place for vehicles are usually ok for residents of hotel. Guest for marriage or other ceremony events have to park vehicle outside the hotel.

Our favorite place to have a buffet dinner. Very courteous and helpful staff. And food is awesome!!! Loved the pastries!!!

Good hotel, nicely located and has a very nice looking elevation in temple like shape and that justify its stand for its presence in the temple city of India Bhubaneswar. Hospitality worth appreciation. Overall I rate the hotel "Good".

The furnitures are at very bad shape, the flush not working and even the phone. This is not the very best of hotels in Bhubaneswar. The show off from outside is very charming and deceiving. Warning: Don't go for late breakfast or your head will boil at the scene n chaos n you won't be attended at all. Disgraceful.
