I hated the bar and behavior of the staffs like anything. They are unprofessional. They didn't know where the smoking zone was. Some of them directly denied to help, some of them suggested me to smoke inside the bar and half an hour later another staff came and rudely told me to stop smoking as smoking was not allowed inside the bar. The food was served after one hour. The whole place was a mess with rags lying on the floor. Maybe their ceiling was leaking due to rain. The worst part is even after all these you will have to bear the extremely high cost of foods and beverages.

Nice hotel... All kind of modern facilities are available for staying there and for any kind of event.... Staffs are good in nature....

Not at all a 4 star premium hotel.
Rooms were dirty..With cockroaches roaming around in Bath.
Staff at front office and restaurant were not courteous.
Appearance of staff is also not joyful...Even the dress / uniform was dirty and old and torn. Which is quite shameful.
Might have been a good hotel at once but now awful.

Great hotel to stay at, provided you don't look at your pocket. The facilities and infra are absolutely awesome. The taste of food was also very good. My stay of 2 days was stupendous.
