Executive rooms are good value for money if you spend a night or two

very modern and stylish hotel with a fresh design. High standard exclusive and still not off-hook. Professional staff and good service. Spacious very clean highly modern rooms. a great hotel!

Room and bathroom needs updating. Better cleaning needed.

Bathrooms could be better but the beds are decent and the view is amazing.

The hotel personell was very welcoming and had a great service with easy check-in. The room itself was fairly large for two people and it was very well maintained. The hotel itself is situated about 8 min with taxi from the airport and it is in the very middle of the bigger City so shopping should be easy.

Close to the center. Beautiful rooms with panoramic views. Varied breakfast.

All the comforts of home and a number of additional amenities. The staff are some of the most friendly persons I have encounter during my years of travel. I almost forgot to mention the complimentary breakfast a great way to start your day before heading to work or stroll through Old Town.

Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I wish my home bathroom was as immaculately furnished as the ones in the guest rooms.

Amazing place! Very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The spa is rather small but very cozy and clean.

The rooms are very nice so is the breakfast. The spa area is a bit small. The view from the highest floor is awesome. Location in the city is good.

The room and location are great and the room rate is reasonable. The fitness room is really great and the swimming pool is great.

There are 3 stars because the breakfast is completely expensive and the selection is not in proportion. Example: the coffee is a disaster or the 5 min eggs that are actually raw. Something like that shouldn't happen in this price range.

The Swissotel in Tallinn is one of the best hotels I've been to! It's very modern and the rooms have everything you need. The bed is absolutely the best and the room is quite large. There is a media centre where you can connect your computer, phone or iPod to the television. The view from the rooms and the restaurant is stunning and you can see whole Tallinn from there. The SPA area is very clean and cosy and the pool is not very large but good to take a fast swim. The breakfast buffet is very large and it has all I could dream of. All in all I can recommend this hotel to everyone!
and don't forget to buy an awesome cake in the cake bar ;)

I don t understand this hotel, it should be great, but there are so many things that just aren t quite right. Keep in mind that this is a 5 star hotel, and therefore should be rated as such. If this was a 3 star hotel and had a reduced rate then I wouldn t mind some of these things.

I m the plus side, I was staying in one of the refurbished rooms. Things still look and feel new, the bed is comfortable, although there isn t a choice of pillows. I would also say that the staff are great, and the bar is nice.

Location is reasonable, a few blocks to the old town, and beside a shopping mall.

On the negative side:
Queues are not uncommon at the front desk.

The bar opens at 1700, so you can t see the sunset in Winter/Spring.

The shower leaks water on the floor, outside the shower because it has been designed poorly, and the floor leans away from the shower so that water ends up in the bathroom floor.

The sink splashes you if you turn on the tap too much, which is easy to do.

You have to ask for water, it doesn t get automatically restocked. This is apparently some huge favour that the hotel will do for us.

Almost everything is very nice. Good location near shopping malls. Great service. Amazing looks and views. The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Couldn't get into the top bar during the new year, that was also a little disappointment. Remember to pre-book access if you want. Will visit again though. Totally would recommend.

Nice and perfectly clean room. The view from room on 27th floor was spectacular.
Breakfast was also good.
SPA zone was great, it included pool and two different saunas. SPA zone was not included in price but looks like it depends on the package you have bought.
Car parking in hotel or nearby only not-free. Can't find free parking in the center of Tallinn.

Great place, great room, every facility you needed, amazing view, absolutely no complaints. Worth the price.

The room was perfect must say but had to give it a 3 stars due to some unpleasant experience. - 1. Extended our room for 2 more nights and they wanted us to change room instead of continuing the same room unless we pay extra as they claim they upgraded us to a seaview room upon arrival, front desk representative was very monotonous in her communications skills and not very friendly/accomodating as we hoped from an international hotel chain. A little surprised by this as it is not peak season (oct). - 2. Only 1 bottle of water on arrival, after you must drink from mini bar and pay. - 3. The hot water in the shower is inconsistent and no continuous stream of hot water.

Other than that we love this hotel and recommend it.

Love their bar on the top, fantastic brunch, but prices are on the top too :)

Placed for a very long time. There was a difference in prices for booking and in fact. Breakfast like 3 stars. The room did not have a toothbrush, although the room itself is chic!

Spectacular views from the rooms. The staff at the Respa are well served with a positive attitude. The spa was nice, but there could be more than one pool. A buffet breakfast is definitely the best I've ever visited! The room was really neat and spacious.

Lovely modern hotel with good food and all the mod cons.

My only gripes are that in checking in, there was a large queue of people in front of me and only 2 staff doing checking in.

Secondly, it advertises having a pool, gym etc but then you discover you have to pay 10 a day for the privilege, on top of your room rate.

Apart from that, the staff are friendly, helpful and seem genuinely interested in you as a guest.

Would I stay here again? Yep, definitely.
