Swissôtel Tallinn, Estonia Review

Had rooms in 19 floors, very nice big rooms. Very nice reception. Expensive lunch so haven't tried it.

A very luxurious hotel, and most importantly the bedside comforters feel the difference in downtown Down Town

If I visit Tallinn again I will stay here. A modern hotel, short walk into the Old Town... Excellent pool.

There are some shortcomings in the form of a leaking shower, but the view from the window is amazing!

Massage was a bit so-so to be honest (perhaps we purchased the wrong one). Everything else - fantastic. Top level, as expected. Spa is small but cosy, great lounges and topnotch room service.

Hotel elegant, clean. Pool section top! Mixed saunas are a nice thing. The pool area is really neat and beautiful. The only downside was the loud air conditioning in the room / The air conditioning could not be self-regulated, and the pillows were bad, loose, flat, this was a bit of a wonder at the 5 * hotel.

Amazing staff, very friendly, and the room had a stunning view of the seaside. We were give an early check in due to our very early flight and the staff was very helpful with that. Breakfast had a great buffet offering. The hotel is very reachable from the airport (bus stop litteraly on front of it) and about 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. Also, it is close to a big shopping mall and within walking distance from the pier. The restaurant, horizon, offers some stunning views and great food.

Great rooms, great service and good breakfast. In addition, Located on the top floor of the Horisont restaurant with stunning views. Sure, the place is more expensive than the average price in Tallinn, but the views are really spectacular

We had lunch at the restaurant. The food was very good, service was excellent and all the staff members were wearing protective gear, everything was spotless and super clean. Next time I come to visit Tallinn I will also stay in this hotel. I was super impressed by everything.

I felt refreshed after a 3-night vacation at Swissotel Tallinn. The staff was very polite an the room was very nice. I used my own mobile phone for internet as the premium internet cost extra, if I understood correctly. Breakfast was also very nice.
I dislike the minibars at hotels versus an empty large fridge for me to use, so I felt a bit surprized to find a minibar at this 5-star hotel.
I'd stay again!!

Beautiful hotel! Heated floors, heated windows, spacious rooms, pool, steam room. All this in the middle of the biggest city in Estonia. I'm absolutely blown away!

Luxury hotel in Tallinn, visited just to attend a conference. The rooms are reported to be excellent and from some of them you can also see the Baltic Sea. High level everywhere.

Not five stars, only four. Hotel as such, excellent, staff friendly, but totally unacceptable policy regarding their opening hours in bars. We were not able to get a single beer as hotel guests quarter to eleven on a Saturday evening. Restaurant/Bar is full and they wouldn't let us in, lobby bar closes at nine. "Take room service" was their recommendation. Luckily we had dinner outside the hotel before this, some quests didn't.

For me, as a smoker, there was no room for smokers to smoke very long in the yard. Finally I gave up on the time 23 and 1 racing, I made a smoke in the room for which I was still tricked.I tell you honestly that there is no five-star theme especially when the cabinet doors are closed with such a bang. hotels do not like.

A perfect stay. Without a doubt the best hotel in Tallinn. Spacious, comfortable rooms with views of Tallinn or the harbor. A perfect bathroom. A service and attentive staff, a great spa. Two bars depending on the time offering cocktails and quality products. Some pastries can be too sweet ... that would be the only complaint to this hotel. Attention to the time of indinning room service, the best dishes are no longer spent 22h ... after 22h is the night service more simple but still qualitative.

A nice hotel, but not five points for the cleanliness, harre on the washcloth and in the bath. Restaurant on the 8th floor ok. Restaurant on the 30th floor a lot better, the tenderloin was tender and nicely prepared, the wine a disgrace Primitivo for 50.00 absolutely overpriced in Switzerland CHF 6.70.

Well located. Close to the historical center. It has paid off-street parking, just leave the car with the front desk.

Amazing quality, highly deserving of it's 5 star rating. Superior service always making you feel like a valued customer even on the first time visit. The rooms are simply amazing and elegant. The maid service is above and beyond even organized my items I had left out.

Fantastic rooms situated downtown Tallinn close to harbour and Old Town. Executive suites are the best. Been here a few times and it never disappoints.

Definitely not a family hotel.

There is no playing place for the kids. I felt underdressed and the rude service has bothering me my husband, especially since I have fever. I lay in my bed and have difficulties to fall asleep recalling the day passed.

The recepcionist was slow to take us in, also she said we would get bigger room but we did not it was reqular size, (but wery nice). She did not wan t to give us babybeds, but finally agreed to do that.

We wanted late check out, but they could not arrange it, even though it was no holiday season.

The room was tidy and the food we ordered was good though, they did not understand the order very well and things were mixed. Also the service was slow.

The breakfast hours could be longer.

The view and location are great.

All in all I expect more for a five star hotell, maybe things would be easier if it were a bisness trip, or I wouldn t have fever and I would have dressed better and no kids with me.

We visited here in May 2018 absolutely brilliant hotel, room was spotlessly and flawless I wish I took photos off room but was only just started doing reviews at the time.

We where on the 14th floor with great views from the room over the harbour.

The staff where friendly and polite and treated the staff to some scottish Shortbread which went down a treat.

We would without a doubt rebook this hotel.
