nice city view, good location. Really enjoyed stay there.

Good hotel in a convenient location. Direct access to Namba Station and walkable distance to Dotonbori.

My Swissadvantage room definetly was not a 5 star room. It has strong odor of smoking. The corridor from the elevetor to the room has the same smoking smell. The room is really small. Two people almost have no room to move. The is no cabin or place to unload your lauggege from suitcase. The location is not so great. You are far from the loop line and namba station is too huge. The surroundings has almost no major stores companies.

The location is good and the surrounding shops are more satisfying than going out to Shinsaibashi. It seems a little expensive, but is it a reward for me before leaving Japan? One thing that worried me was the queue at check-in. I waited half an hour for check-in. There are many overseas customers, so I would like you to consider the feelings of other customers who are waiting more smoothly.

The hotel has room that are very nice and is located next to the train station above a mall.

Good courtesy and service. Nice and clean rooms. The room size is bigger than what you expect in Japan. A very very convenient spots. Lots of good restaurants, shops and convenience store nearby.

Just above a major transportation intersection station. And most importantly direct access to Nankai Railway. Save me much time to and fro the Kansi airport. It took me less than 1 hour from my own hotel room to check out and arrive the airport wjen I was leaving Osaka!

Hotel is very conveniently located for trains to airport and walking distance to shopping and main food streets. Rooms are on the smaller side but the newer rooms are well appointed. Highly recommended for business trips or a couple of nights layover to access the city.

I've loved this hotel since the first time I stayed here back in 2013. Since then, it's my first choice to stay when in Osaka. The reasons for this are quite simple: the location can't be beat.

Sitting on top of the Nankai Namba station, all it takes is one train from Kansai airport to get here. You don't have to switch trains along the way, no have of having to look for the right exits etc. You exit the platforms, turn left and you're there.

Also, it's right smack in the middle of some of Osaka's biggest sights. The shopping streets of Ebisubashisuji, Shinsaubashisuji, Den Den town, Kuromon Market are all a stone's throw away. Food Mecca Dotombori is so near, you can literally smell the food being cooked in the kitchens there.

The hotel itself is very clean and is generous in space, which is unlike a lot of the other hotels in the same neighborhood. Service is top notch and beds are comfortable.

However, the hotel itself needs to be renovated a but. Furnishings in the lobby are a bit tired and could use some love.

Having said that, I can't find any other fault with this hotel. Oh, make sure you have breakfast at the 36th floor for amazing views of Osaka unlike anywhere else!

Bad small and smelly rooms, expensive drinks and restaurants/bars, little service and unfriendly personnel - worse experience in Japan

The scenery is good and the traffic is good.
The front desk is friendly and responsive. I love the kindness that is unique to Japan.
The pool is 1.3m deep and there are three 20m lanes. Locker room facilities are good, but if there is anything you regret, try showering. It doesn't matter because there are only a few guests using the pool.

Had dinner as a semi-buffet at Tavola36.
I'll organize the article about Tavola36 separately. I was very satisfied.

I was playing the piano live at the Italian restaurant on the top floor.

My highlight was that you get a smartphone from the hotel with free internet on the way.

From the crowded station, I felt a tremendous effort to divide the feeling of the guests into a hotel and a hotel.

It's a little expensive, but it's really clean and looks nice

Room was nice! Friendliness of the staff was average though. And for the price... They still charge an extra surcharge for keeping your baggage past 2:30pm. That's a bit ridiculous considering the price of the rooms already.

The staff here are excellent. We travelled with a 9 month old baby and they were happy to assist us In heating up our baby food multiple times a day. Location is also superb - 2 mins walk from Namba Parks (which is also baby friendly)

This place has been once in the past. I want to go again someday.

There is a lot of shopping and eating nearby, but the room is a bit small.

Loved this hotel. Great views of Osaka. Conveniently located above Namba station which sits on 3 subway lines and some above ground lines too. No noise from trains though as the hotel lobby is on the 5th floor of the shopping centre above the station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely finished. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was fantastic; wide range of Japanese and western style food.

Great location - right above the Namba subway station and hub. Close to Dotonbori and other shopping districts. Good service and great view. The room is very bad because we asked for non-smoking and yet it still stenches of smoking, terrible.

Originally it was a hotel of Nankai, but when it realized it was a Swiss hotel. The room is large and the view is good. I am thankful that I am directly connected to Namba Station.

The location is just around Shinsaibashi. Good service from housekeeping. 36th floor restaurant had gluten free bread by request for the morning buffet. The spa was very organized. Free water bottles in room and spa. Great view. Rooms are large by Japanese standards. Connected to metro stations and shopping malls via indoor walkways. Good service. Slow check in though.

My father had a medical emergency. Ngima, the hotel staff and the emt was unbelievably responsive and accommodating. They all went well above and beyond. Ngima accompanied us to the hospital to assist with language barriers and did not leave until we were well taken care of. The hotel was full booked but the staff worked diligently to accommodate our emergency extended stay. My family couldn't thank them enough. I wish service like this existed in the US. Reviews and words cannot express our gratitude. Stay here, as i will be, the next time i come to Osaka.

The room is narrow. It is not possible to ask for soba by room service. There are few kinds of food and drinks in the lounge. Regional coupons cannot be used for room service. The threshold of the bathtub is high.

Very nice location. There is too much around to get lost. The hotel is also clean. The bed didn't suit me, but I was able to spend a very comfortable time with the mattress.

The hotel staff is very professional and many speak English to make it more accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms have amazing views of the city. I do recommend upgrading your room to have the lounge access, as the lounges are open from 7a-9p. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes (Japanese, American, and Chinese items), and the lounge also provides alcoholic beverages after 530p.

Another plus is it is connected to the Namba station, so traveling back to the Kansai airport was very easy, even with luggage.

We only stayed one night, but will definitely be returning to this location when we visit Japan again.

Came here expecting a dessert buffet but they actually had warm food as well. Best is probably the atmosphere and the view, fantastic from the 36th floor, if you have a table by the window, you can see even the outer limits of the city.

May come again for a special event, but at 4,000 yen+, not something I could do every month

Good location, directly by subway and trains. Swiss quality rooms with nice view of the town.

The staff are amazing. Even compared to the great level of service you expect in Japan. The rooms are large and we'll appointed although the furtiure has seen better days. Unfortunately the room we had was clearly at some point in the distant past a smokers' room and it's still unable to shake the smell of stale cigarettes.

The building itself is old, but the surrounding facilities have recently been renewed. As we have not stayed, we can not review the room.
