The package is so worth of the money i paid. Need to manage the Booking because we need to booked ahead but once the customer service staff taught me how to used online booking then is very ease to use. I personally liked Swiss-Villas because of the experience of my stayed and the staffs is very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up.

I had been a member of SGI since 2020. Today, 7 January 2021 I have a chance to spend my voucher to stay in SGI Vacation Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. I am looking forward to spend my entitlements 7 days overseas if possible, since now covid 19 made me do nothings.

Hopefully my dream can come true one day

The activities at the Peace Lake are very interesting. Kids love to play in the pool with interesting floats like Unicorn.

Timur bay residences has a beautiful scenary of beach... but part is it has nice bedn bedding.

From reception until checkout.. services was wonderful. The room at Swiss Garden Residence was comfortable. Having fun with my stay here and look forward to applying for another stay during MCO period.

The most Awesome hotel in SGI that everyone must go and stay is Damai Laut.With the surrounding of flora and fauna, that is really fantastic.With affordable price for everyone, really a place for us to relax and peace our mine.

What a great vacation with the SGI VACATION CLUB, so exciting! and very comfortable! .. Especially at SWISS COURT HOLIDAY APARTMENT, VILLA AND BUNGALOW MORE DAMAI .. calm, comfortable, clean air, and can teach children about flora and fauna. Have fun experiences like fishing, jungle trekking, buggy surfing, friendly staffing, and most importantly away from the noise of the city .. Great for the whole family ...

SGIVC membership is well worth it. I always bring my family for a vacation and the quality of the four-star room is as promised and compared to the outside price for the same quality will be more expensive. I definitely recommend it for a try.

Over the years, we have been very fortunate to be able to use II. We managed to save money with SGIVC membership compared to usual bookings. Many people in the family want to leave the country to travel for a good way to save money.

The room was clean , spacious and comfortable . They maintained all the areas well .
We were impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our need and very helpfull especially Mr Ahmed Sobuj the housekeeping staff and Emy the Front desk .

Strategic location. Just walk to Crown Parade. Very helpful staffs. Even facaties such as gym n sauna do not exist yet but the service from friendly staffs covernit all. Thumbs up for SGI vacation club Melaka. Thank you.

I have to admit that after reading some of the reviews here I am a little nervous whether I have selected the right vacation club to join. But my experience told me something is very different about ths vacation club. I am newly joined members but to be truthful, the services provided so far is beyond expectation especially in Melaka. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly, given us the feel of 5 stars services and it just feels like home. Good job to the staffs in Melaka.

Seems like there is quite a number of good review here. I just went to SGI Vacation Club Melaka and the stay there is good. The service provided by the staff in this small place is unbelieveable great, very hospitable and the place is really well maintained. Kudos to the team there. I have heard some of my friends talking about this club and would really love to find out more.

We spend our nights at SGI Vacation Club Melaka. Excellent service and attention to detail made for a memorable stay. Not only their service but also their knowledge around Malacca is incredible. We were impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful room.

Hi, im a member of sgvc. I still remember when they promote to join the member can get rooms based on our nights. But unfortunately when i ask for more than one room they said its the prosedure to get only one room. So guys if u have big family think more than twice because u will regret. U cannot bring along your family since u are entitle to get one room only. Despite you ask to deduct your night, they dont bother. You will pay more than 15k to join this membership club. Now i feel dissapointed n very frustrated. PLEASE SGVC we want holidays with our family which need more than one room.

The sales agents should inform customers that their free stay voucher only applicable from sunday-thrus at certain places only, so that wont waste our precious time to attend their preview talk.
Cant really blame them for not disclosing, but this is one of the marketing tactics for their industry.

Just beware when you receive their call.
Perhaps the local authority or Ministry Of Tourism should look into this matter.

Staying in Melaka is very exciting. Satisfied parents-in-law go for a walk and relax in Malacca. After all, the hotel is close to the city and historical sites. There are plenty of cafes to eat. SGIVC is the best

The experience of living here is very satisfying. The facilities provided are very good and the staff is also very friendly. The SOP for covid19 is also at a high level. Very comfortable. I will definitely visit here again. I also recommend to other friends to stay here when in Melaka.

SGI Vacation Club Berhad at Villa Damai Laut are great place to hang out with families. Really breath taking place to enjoy holiday and lovely scene around here.

I value the convenience, flexibility and convenience of what this membership could offer. I can book anything at my own convenient using their 24/7 booking system. Sometime when I travel to overseas for work, I can get access to the system can could even obtain instant confirmation which is on the spot. Nevertheless I can even lock-in future vacation at the price that I have bought couple of years back. Great Value indeed!!

Cant believe people can be so ignorant. SGIVC is not perfect like all companies, but as a whole I think they are quite good and a very responsible company. They are responsive when suggestions for improvements to be made. To say it's a scam, it totally out of line as the industry is well regulated. As with any clubs like recreational or golf clubs, paying maintenance fees on top of the membership fees is also normal. People need to be fair when assessing. Oh by the way I've been a member for more than 10 years. I think I can give them 4 stars. And that's fair.

This membership works perfectly fine for me. I have learned to book early and avoid travelling during the peak holiday period. Trust me the traffic on these days are really horrible and we spent so much time on the road. So travelling during off peak period really helps a lot. I have also learned to travel to overseas with their partner and enjoy lots of other travelling benefits with their partners too. Sometimes SGI club also has some other partners promotion going on. Good job but I believe they can get more partners in for all the members to enjoy. Our family can now enjoy the property activities during quiet time and enjoy visiting their local places and their local people are so hospitable towards us. Great job to Member Service team.
