The lobby is spacious, it's nice to chat. The distance to the outside dining area is a bit far, but there is a city transportation in front if you want to eat outside.
Poor service and unhygienic , our room wasn t clean when we arrived and they refused the reclean it or give us a different room, because we were checking out the same day and it was against their policy. The shower was still wet and had hair in the floor, someone had spit out their toothpaste in the sink (which was still in the sink), and the pillow cases had clearly been slept on before!!!
The breakfast is delicious and comfortable ... the hotel rooms are also very comfortable ...

Trouble at checkin, DND sign not respected, raw grilled fish, more than one occasion the ordered food did not show, not the cleanest of rooms. And to add to it all, most of the staff emcountered had not basic english skills.

Very bad service. We were waiting 2hrs just to find out later that all the food we ordered are sold out. If you stay few days there you'll find out whether the manager is on site or not. They can't maintain their service.

The hotel really is fine with large clean rooms. The pool area is small and noisy with planes close overhead.
Staff are wonderful. Location a bit out of town.
