Beautiful bay and sand beach pretty much only used by the hotel guests. Food was good with a decent selection and quality of options for the in-room dining resp. at the pool, a different themed buffet every night and also plenty of choice for breakfast.

Some things that were a bit annoying:
* It's tricky to open the room door. Sometimes took me half a dozen attempts.
* Way from our room to the restaurant was not very stroller friendly.
* In-room coffee machine was (kinda) broken.

And one really bad thing:
There was a door to some electrical stuff with visible wiring in the garden in front of our room which was left open and with a broken lock. I find this highly dangerous given the room is rented to families with toddlers.

The best 5stars resort in kuta mandalika beach lombok. Fully facilities... trully indonesian hospitality... outstandin !!!

Friendly staff, resort-like vibe and nice private beach.
You need a motorbike to go around as it's 5-min from downtown Kuta.

Beautiful Sasak-style seaside resort perfectly integrated into the natural environment, spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff always smiling and ready to satisfy every need. Great cocktails, rich and varied breakfast, restaurant with local and international cuisine. The proposed activities are numerous and fun. The guided tours, in the best attractions of the island, have been managed by flexible staff to the customer's needs and have an excellent quality-price ratio.

it's quite, great staff and food! close to the beach but quite far to go to convenient store.

The area for the upper class ... for those whose money is right Pasan don't try to come here.

The employees are friendly, the hotel rooms are clean, comfortable, can see the sunset here, access to the airport is about half an hour, so far from the city center so it is suitable for really on vacation

The hotel is large and very well appointed. The private beach and swimming pools are nice to rest. I particularly liked the high quality and abundant breakfast.

The usual war atmosphere and spectacular views are unforgettable. Not far from the airport but it's great for tourism and the best honeymoon place ever

The location is far from the crowd, calm and beautiful. Beautiful beach views to enjoy the morning and the amazing sunset. Around the hotel area can use bicycles provided by the hotel. Friendly and friendly service can be seen from the hotel employees who always greet when they meet guests. When spending the night, invite your family and enjoy a treat two film screenings that are held regularly for guests. Really, one day I will return here. I left my heart in Mandalika!

Friendly service, nice hotel rooms, clean, neat. A fun vacation spot with a partner or family. The hotel area is very spacious, by providing a swimming pool along with other toys so that making your vacation with family can be a fun activity even if only in one place.

A beautiful resort. From the driveway to the beach, there is a cozy and comfortable line. The staff very accommodating. The bar right on the beach. The selection of drinks is the warning sense. My recommendation is clearly the cold beer on tap ... you can walk from the hotel along the beach to the server beach. After Kuta there are only a few minutes by scooter. I'll be back

I'm sorry, but for it's price, I couldn't recommend this. Only one restaurant inside the complex, with mediocre foods. It's hard to find transport to go outside the complex to find more decent food, so you're stuck inside. There is only 1 tiny swimming pool. More trees for shadows and greeneries would be nice. The private beach is nice when the water is clear, and the hills nearby can provide some entertainment.

Beau resort a little less up to date, but the top of the region if you have the budget. Associated with the only diving center of Kuta. Departure from the beach.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Novotel. It was basically an average hotel at a luxury price. The room was ok, but everything else was quite bad. The restaurant had bad food and was expensive. The water in the pool seemed dirty. The beach is nice, but when the tide is low you can't even go in the water. Besides there are many abandoned dogs roaming around, which is not nice when you go out for a walk.

The bathroom with the pool is lacking but the breakfast menu is good

Good village, full service, buffet in the standard but several problems with the room, often cold water and sheets not always very clean.

Amazing Hotel! We stayed here and just came back as it has been our favourite place we stayed in the one month we have been here. Great hotel, amazing pool for the kids, great staff and food. We love this place and highly recommend it!

The Novotel Resort was good overall. The beachfront is relaxing but the sand is quite rough to walk on. There is only restaurant that offers the same a la carte menu but the daily dinner buffet changes. The food doesn t stand out unfortunately, especially for the prices. The protein smoothie was great though!

Good location. We stayed for three nights at one of the villas.

pros :
+ staff were friendly and helpful.
+ Room service and restaurant menu were ok although a bit pricey.
+ kids love the swimming pool
+ the sand garden in front of our villa was awesome. My daughter love to build sand castle over there
+ good morning cow was the best attraction during breakfast
+ love the coffee machine pod!

cons :
- Had a little ant invasion but the hotel responded very quickly.
- one of the bathroom sink pop-up drain were broken. It keep closing on, so we need to pop it up with knife.
- too far from local convenient store to buy snacks and pop mie
