Hospitality is okay. The building is like labyrinth, it is quite the effort to find your room.

The place is quite comfortable, the view of Teuk Palu is clearly visible. Fairly well-equipped facilities and good service for all customers will definitely be obtained here.

The place & food and service are good ... But when sahur when staying at Swissbell Villa is difficult ... Because for the sahur, you have to go to the hotel again .. For immigrants who don't have a vehicle, it will be very difficult.

The hotel is located at the beachfront, close to the Mercure. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast, however, was disappointing for a Swissbel (whereas I left Mercure too early to have breakfast there). In-house dining was cheaper than Mercure and I liked it more.

Arriving at the hotel at midnight, already booked first through traveloka, 1 night, 2 people, 2 rooms. At the reception waiting for the room key for a long time because of the queue but was surprised how long ago in other hotels it was not so, I don't know why. When I got the room key, I was surprised that there were 1 room in a different building, there was a hotel building across the street, a villa, tired and quiet. The rooms at the main hotel are pretty decent.
