Good coffee and hot chocolate (soy and almond), AMAZING food choices, so many yum things, btw some gluten free stuff but not much dairy free

I live this place. Food delicious, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside is that it is often difficult to get a table as it's so popular

Disappointing second visit in July. Noisy. Blackboard menu hard to read. Won't return.

Sweet Vanilla is a must do, they have great coffee and food and the staff is awesome too. If you plan on going in the weekend it pays to reserve a table a day or 2 in advance as they do get busy.

Great cozy place. Good food selection and friendly service. Recommend booking a table on Saturday's as it can get quite busy so may have to wait for a table if you don't.

Fabulous food selection, coffee and service. It's spread over two rooms in an old brick cottage and is popular so when busy, which is a lot of the time, does feel cramped so not ideal for people who like space or for young children unless they are happy sitting.

Very small and crowded. Couldnt hear myself think, but caters to a certain crowd which is fine. Good location. Considering it used to be a bakery back in the day, what they have done as a cafe is very nice.

Really impressed with this cute little cafe. Perfect for keto lovers. Plenty of keto items on the brunch menu in addition to keto friendly slices, cakes and brownies. We bought one of everything to take away and wow! They were yummy! Coffee was delicious (we consider ourselves to be coffee snobs). Service was friendly and speedy. Only downside was the shortage of tables and size. I feel they could do with a larger premise and could see several customers being turned away due to lack of seating so booking is essential. Definitely a must visit. We will be back!

Had breakfast here 2 days last month and had the best tasting scrabbled eggs. The coffee my friend had was excellent as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and well designed cafe. Loved the board that told us how many cups they had saved from landfill so eco friendly as well.

Nice eggs benny. Needs to open a bit earlier. Would visit again

Lovely keto selection, however not impressed with my HOT iced coffee after being advised they could use COLD almond milk....... undrinkable and disgusting.

Deeeeeelicious food that met everyone's dietary requirements, glute free and vegan, all were delicious one of our party said the gluten free corn fritters were the best they'd had

Not entirely sure how to rate this one. My food was delicious, but my partner found a hair in her meal. Decided to just bump the rating down by 1 star and hope that this was an outlying situation.

Everything about this cafe is excellent. It's a given that I will always leave as a happy customer.

Food is always to high standard but getting a table is another matter and staff varied in the service you receive.

Very nice staff. beautiful food. Very cozy. A bit too cozy for my liking as it's a very busy place however seating is available outside which is lovely on a sunny day.

Very busy coffee shop, possibly the best one in the Lower Hutt downtown area. Cabinet food is good, wide range vegan food....the carrot cake was delicious. The only negative aspect is that it gets very noisy. The hard floors and walls are probably the main reason.

Fabulous cafe! We had pancakes, eggs benedict and corn fritter stack - all amazing. Coffee was great too. All the food looks wonderful, I'm seriously considering moving here just for this. From the UK.

Always a pleasure to visit. I've never had a sub standard meal here and the service is always great. Love that the menu changes with the seasons and the cake cabinet is always full of fab goodies! Best to book as they're busy.

It's no secret, the place has great food and good coffee.
They also have a good selection of gluten free food on offer.

The place has a good number of tables, but their popularity means they are all filled at lunchtime. I think you can book, otherwise you just have to hope you get lucky and somebody leaves their table at the same time as you arrive at the front of the queue.

The staff are friendly and helpful, even when they're being run off their feet.

Just dropped in for afternoon tea. Great Chai Latte, excellent range of delicious looking cabinet food with wide choice of gluten free items. Easy to see why this place is an award winner...

Arabian date cake is the best cake I've ever had and I've been a seasoned cake taster for 64 years.
