I own a small wholesale bakery business here in CLT and we've been baking from SSK since 2018. When I started the search for a commissary, I was so discouraged by the hourly pricing I saw in other places; their rates were totally unsustainable for the sort of hours we d need as a bakery. Enter SSK, established by a pastry chef with baking in mind. Jossie s rates are far and away the best we found in the area. The kitchen is well-maintained and management is very quick to address any issues that might arise.
The tone of friendliness and community within the kitchen is an added bonus!
