Point 21

My experience was less than desirable at Point 21. There was a water leak from the apartment above us. Our kitchen was unusable for over a month. Greystar did NOTHING to help us out. We had insulation everywhere. In our cabinets, all over our dishes, all over everything. They wouldn t give us a break on our rent. Now, upon moving out, they are trying to charge us $125 for utilities which were never more than $65 a month. Horrible horrible horrible experience there. Not to mention the ongoing parties and noise.

Do yourself a favor and do not even consider moving in here. Besides the problem with the homeless population in this area, be aware that you will not get your deposit back. They will charge you additional fees for wear and tear of the apartment. They are trying to charge me over a grand for painting and spackling the place, as well as texturing the walls after hanging the tv, pictures, etc. This is something the building has to do after every resident! Not the responsibility of the tenant by CO law. Currently battling them with BBB and cannot say enough about how awful they are. My car was also broken into when I paid over 200$ for parking, and obviously they did nothing about it. Stay away!

5 stars place to live...super service and personnel! "a fantastic place to call "home". The entire staff always greeted you with a smile and were very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities were always kept clean every day by friendly courteous employees. The workout rooms were open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area was serene. I love the convenience of the elevator and four story covered parking garage. I used to live alone here with my 2 little girls and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails for my girls to enjoy as they were learning to ride their bikes. I moved from here back in December but I still felt I had to write a review for the amazing staff.

Great staff members- everyone is very helpful and professional; good facilities (well equipped gym & good size pool); very convenient location- everything within the waking distance. Full of students/ young people so if you re a working professional you might have issues with excessive noise during the weekdays, not to mention never ending parties during weekends. Smelly corridors- people don t obey bin collection times and leave their trash outside all day.

If you want new urban style apartments with all the luxury facilities in lower downtown then Point 21 apartments is your place. Good thing I like about this apartment is they have adopted technology so well in order to make maintenance, day to day communications, packaging, payment and other daily services very easy.

I moved to Denver from Virginia in May 2020. I cant say enough about how easy the staff made my transition into my apartment with my boyfriend who was already a tenant. From signing documents, to arranging parking and move in. The staff was fantastic! Also, i think the maintenance team deserves a big shout out. Ive only had to submit a request one time for a small issue and they were able to have it fixed within an hour of my request. AMAZING work. Not to mention I see them working around the building constantly to keep it up to the tenants standards. The apartments themselves are also very nice. Nice neutral color palette in the design and surfaces that are durable and easy to clean. Definitely not an apartment that needs a "face lift" like others in the Denver area around the same price. Keep up the great work!

Apartments and amenities are very nice. The office staff are friendly and very helpful. However, there has been an increase in crime in this neighborhood resulting in car break ins, bike thefts, and auto theft in the parking garage. Hopefully the crime level will go down, but if that is a concern for you I'd advise looking in a different neighborhood.

The apartment itself was fine. Cool pool. Sabrina the leasing agent was not nice or welcoming at all and it really soured me on the place

I moved in at Point21 in December! I have had the best experience with my move, the office staff made it so easy and exciting! The community itself is beautiful and is kept well! The maintenance team are very quick and responsive and get your requests done the same day that they are made! The apartments are also beautiful and are up-to-date with finishes and color schemes! I recommend this community to anyone looking to move!

This was the best run apartment complex I've ever lived in. The only reason I moved was to be closer to a park, and also to cut down on my work commute time. The ladies in the office are fantastic, and always accessible via e-mail and phone. The maintenance staff take care of problems the same day you submit them. And overall, the apartment interior and amenities are nice and up to date. Very convenient location, too!
