Took a month and a half to send an up to date pric...

Took a month and a half to send an up to date price list only after constant requests, i was given incorrect prices previously and all retailed 3000 items prices had to be changed, they were basically telling us one price and charging another. Account managers take weeks to get documents promised to you if at All such as product information or Prices that are upto date/ stock etc. Worst of all They Didn't inform they wouldn't trade with our company after 3 years of trading they waited for us to get intouch with them after using CIMC for 3 years they turned around and would not supply us anymore, after spending months uploading products and and changing prices over for their error, Would NOT recommend

Terrible Company and Terrible Customer Service waited 7 Month for some Furniture to arrive through one of there distributors and refuse to talk to me despite giving them 2000 of my money and explain why my furniture has been delayed for so long.

Fantastic company to deal with. Great range of stunning, high quality furniture. New items coming out all the time and always up to date with new trends. All members of staff I have dealt with offer great customer service. Especially Natasha and Tahera. If you have any problems they are swiftly dealt with.
Could not recommend this company enough.

An utter nightmare to deal with when it goes wrong...

An utter nightmare to deal with when it goes wrong, poor quality products especially mirrored products which have so much issue with cheap and nasty mirror which oxidises and the chesp carcuss of the products. Charging people a premium for cheap furniture and when they deliver to you a pallet of goods which cleary cimc dont check they become defensive. Nobody responds to emails. The sales rep is a joke and ignore all messages but contacts you when business is no good wanting to meet. This company has gone backwards.. scale down the rubbish they sell and the managing directot and sales director is far up there own backsides they look down on there customers. They have had several bad shows now at the nec and its no surprise as there products and customer service is s**t. The office manager doesnt respond to emails and it seems even the sales reps are fed up. Its a joke of a company going backwards.
