Whether it s the extensive knowledge they have about every car they see, or the quality workmanship that goes into every car they work on, or even just the transparency and honesty they have with every customer they see, sweet sounds is hands down the first (and last) place you should go for remote starts/audio/tint/etc. You can feel confident that you are only getting the best when you bring your vehicle here.

I just had my windows tinted here and they turned out excellent. All the staff was wonderful to work with and the whole process ran really smoothly. I will be back for a sound system.

Unfortunately they didn't have the cord I was looking for but directed me to where I could find it. Very nice and helpful.

After deciding to have my 15 Escalade upgraded I had to decide who I trusted with my baby (which is worth more than some houses). I live in the MN metro so Sweet Sounds was NOT an easy choice logistically, but, after weighing my options, I decided to go with a company that I ve literally done business with since I got my drivers license back in 1995 (I grew up in Mankato).
I wanted to take my SUV to a company that had the expertise to disassemble a vehicle this complex, knowing the risk involved if any parts were damaged/broken during the process. That s why a second rate, uninsured shop wasn t an option. I wanted the best, period!
I started talking to Jeff, the owner of Sweet Sounds around the end of November about what I wanted. He gave it personal attention from start to finish. He gave good, better, best options as far as product choices, and install options. I told him how other than the sub/amp cabinet in the back, I didn t want it to look any different than a stock Caddy. I wanted the subs and amps to seamlessly integrate with the stock materials in the vehicle.
After I put Jeff through ringer for a little over 2 months with questions that came up on my end about different products, install options, and changing my mind on budget and product, the install was ready to begin!
The job was finished and when I got to Sweet Sounds to pick my vehicle up, I was so unbelievably blown away when Jeff showed me what him and his team had done!! I knew this job was a tall order and I thought I might have to compromise perfection in certain areas because of how complex the new Caddy s are and all the materials and different bends and angles that would need to be tied into. NOT THE CASE!!! It was PERFECT all around! And I m as picky as they come!!! There s way too much done to my car to explain but I highly recommend anyone thinking about hiring this company, check out Jeff s highlights from the build once they re ready. They won t disappoint!
The day I picked up my Escalade Jeff spent close to 2 hours showing me what they did, why they did it, how they did it, and how I use it correctly. It is crazy the amount of equipment in this vehicle and if you hadn t sat through Jeff s presentation of the finished product, you d think it was stock! Best part, you d think that it was stock not only based on how it looks, but because NONE of my factory features were compromised. It all works EXACTLY how it did before the install began (with the exception of it sounding like a competition quality audio system now).
I m a person that expects perfection when I pay for something...that said, I rarely write reviews. You really need to blow me away for me to really appreciate what you did for me. These guys did that throughout the whole project, multiple times!
Based on what I saw them do to my Escalade, and other projects I ve seen of theirs, I honestly don t think there s anything these guys can t do when it comes to mobile audio. And if you re like me, and won t accept anything less than perfection, don t waste your time interviewing other companies....just call Sweet Sounds!

The staff at Sweet Sounds helped to increadibly enhance the sound quality of my factory stereo in my work van. From my initial visit to when I picked up my van, I was always confident that they had my best interest in mind. They listened to my needs and wants , came up with options and got me fast quotes that were accurate and explained any variables. They installed new speakers, subwoofer, amp and LED lighting for me in a clean , efficient, and proffesional mannor. I got a remote start installed in my car the same day I went to inquire about prices! The salesman was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will go back for future car improvements. Prices were better than other places in town too!

I thought I needed to completely replace my stereo, but they ended up being able to repair it in a way I hadn t thought of yet! They took great care of me and were great at communicating everything to me as it was happening. I would definitely go back and would recommend to my friends!

first things first this IS the best place in Minnesota to get your sounds system done. This Establishment is 5 out of 5 stars for the simple fact that they have amazing customer service.. a friendly atmosphere while keeping everything professional. They explain everything down to a T. Jeff (the president) is an incredible person. They squeezed Mee in when my deck was crapping out even though they were booked solid.. they make you feel like your business matters to them. Been there for window tint. Nicely done and great customer service. Jacob was very helpful.

I just had tint done last week and can say it looks great, both the tint and the install. Price is really good with this discount as well. The waiting room is nice if you need it, or there is a shuttle I believe.

Good pricing and friendly knowledgeable service. Installed an amp and 4 speakers on my Roadglide. The sound is phenomenal. Had it done in the time they said. I can now hear music loud and clear at highway speeds without turning it all the way up. Clarity is amazing. Thank you sweet sounds.

Not straight forward with what you are purchasing. Expected top quality service for the price. Left with static in the radio and only one set of speakers vs 100% replacement I requested, and thought I was paying for.
Much better after my husband brought it back and worked with the installer. Purchased rear speakers elsewhere....Finally it sounds perfect.

I bought a car and the remote control car starts was not connecting to the car I should of ran but l really couldn't walk from the deal ,, notice the remote start was from sweet sounds because I bought that brand but better . The person who helped me was so helpful and was willing to find out what the problem was it not the correct remote lol got me the right one .. Awesome ,, so not spending to much money thank God but he was so happy to help me thank you and sorry I forgotten your name but you should know who you are you are so sweet.

Had one installed 4yrs ago and it worked great.Got a different car with one already installed from Sweet Sounds but I couldn't get it to work. Stopped in and they had it working in less than 5 minutes.. Great service and honesty.
