Every morning I wake up at six in the morning to loud beeping of the trucks and they are so loud I can hear them drive around. I haven t slept good in five thanks to denver water and the only day I get remotely good sleep is on Sunday mornings but even then I am in the routine of waking up so early because of the horrendous trucks. Denver water makes me so frustrated in the mornings, they even have me tempted to move because of there construction. Not to mention if we leave my kitchen window open for ten minutes there is a layer of dirt on the counter tops and every time we go outside and sit on the furniture clouds of dirt come up from the cushions. What used to be a nice and quite neighborhood, Denver Water has turned it loud and dirty neighborhood.

Terrible detour signing whenever they rip up a trail

Wide awake at 1 a.m. y thanks to Denver Water and their flashing lights and they're bringing tools you go talk to the supervisor and truck 6:16 and he is very condescending rude. Also I really like to know the admissions on that truck. Does Denver Water not care about the environment allowing their supervisor to sit in their truck for going on 3 hours with exhaustion coming out of its truck like an old grandma smoking& Why was I not notified the water will be off

If this water is any good why are the plants I water with sink water growing fungus but the ones I use bottled water on are fine? The water here is disgusting. There s BILLBOARDS around the city warning people of how bad the quality is! And so many people don t know, don t have filters, or can t do anything about it. The fact that you pretend it s good enough for us is so sad.

Just had to transfer service for new rental property and had the nicest customer service rep help me over the phone.

For those of you who are native to Denver you most likely dont realize how good the tap water actually is out here. Growing up in Phoenix and also many years in Los Angeles, I can tell you that Denver has the best water I have ever tasted out of many large metropolitan cities. And for those of you giving a one star review due to "Denver Water exterminating prairie dogs".. You are absolutely clueless. Prairie dogs are nothing more than a field rat that just so happen carry the plague (a kid even died last year due to this in Littleton). Last thing I want are a bunch of prairie dogs digging holes into land where clean drinking water is being transported and I imagine Denver Water thinks the same. Thanks Denver Water.. You guys rock and keep up the good work.

This website is horrible for paying bills. What used to be easy is impossible

Truck 432 coming out the Hotel , and saw my Federally looking , started looking making sure everything was straight in truck . Good thinking for Him sitting at the stop sign . Clean to that truck boy .for maybe They let go to movies. For lunch time them .

Just spoke to Kimberley about an issue we we're having and she was so courteous, kind, and helpful I was flabbergasted. Having dealt with some human slug at 811 who couldn't be bothered to do her job, this was a welcome change of pace. Truly spectacular customer service.

Denver Water is on my street replacing old lead water lines. My house is on the list of service lines that need to be replaced. But they completely skip my house. The inspectors, the phone help, the contractor, no one knows what to do to get them to replace my line while they are on my street replacing everyone else's line.

No masks while replacing our water main on Nov 4th those year and construction always started before Denver's allowed hours. This morning (a Saturday) roll offs were being moved around at 6:35.

Great quality water, but they waste money left and right. And give obscene bonus to the CEO while not giving a bonus to anyone else ( search for it if you don't believe me)

Instead of a bonus lower our rates

They will lie to you and not follow thru, and not even inform you of what they did. You have to call them out before they admit anything and then say "well what's done is done, deal with it" -Heather Stauffer and Michael King are two-faced scum.

I work in Silverthorne and every day I eat my lunch down by the river by the base of the dam behind the outlet stores and I've been doing this for nearly 10 years. There is a spot that has shade just off the road that I and many others frequent. Today I was run off by some Jack wagon in a denver water truck that said you can't park on the road and pointed to a sign on the opposite side where there are no spots to park, i told him that I was parked in what is clearly a pull off out of the way of any traffic flow and that there are no signs on this side saying no parking there but he copped an attitude so I left. Its disappointing that denver water pays people to sit around and hassle the locals on there lunch break.

Got a water filter delivered unexpectedly because apparently the water I've been drinking for god knows how long has lead in it and then the filter/pitcher won't even stay together. Every time I try to pour water from ot the lid comes off and ends up making a big mess. How about instead of making me go through so much trouble just to drink safe water, how about you make sure your water you are serving to paying customers doesn't have lead in it instead of passing on the burden to your customers?!?!? Wouldn't recommend anyone to drink Denver water, might as well be living in Flint, Michigan...

They really do have the best servicemen. Tony was at my store within 30 min in the middle of the night on the weekend in freezing weather to shut off a water main for us. Can't thank these guys enough for taking care of our water.

I feel so bad that the people of Denver have to go with this communist regime that is called Denver Water. They will shut your water off if you owe $100 dollars( which is about a month ). There effort to collect or contact you is non existence. They will turn your water off without notice. This is the biggest scam and without a doubt they charge you for water your not using. The people need to unite and get a new safe and legit company not ran by the KGB.

Denver Water replaced my old lead water lines in my neighborhood for free. It was a smooth as silk process: they were able to do a consultation ahead of time to make sure the work would be feasible, we scheduled a convenient time for me to be home to have the service done, and they showed up and worked long hours to get the job done!

The water main broke yesterday in front of our house. The team sent out to replace/fix was great. They worked for hours in the snow to ensure that our neighborhood had running water. They cleaned up the street on several blocks where rocks and mud had run. They also were very friendly to my son who wanted to watch all the action. Thanks for being kind & working so hard!

I've had nothing but excellent customer service with DW. I had a leak somewhere on my property raising my water bill to over $1,000/mo. It took me several months to track down the source of the leak and every time I thought I'd find a source they'd come out and read the meter the next day to see if water was still constantly flowing. The customer service agents I spoke with were always so friendly and sympathic to my situation and every single one told me I could apply for a leak adjustment once the leak was found to lower the huge bills I had received. Best government agency I've ever worked with. Thank you DW!!!

My Denver water bill comes out of my checking account automatically and I receive an email from Western Union so I clicked on that and I went to Western Union and I found a page that talked to said that about setting up an account with them to send money to people but it was like the page said maybe it was an example it was going to the Philippines and they had a choice of coming out of my checking account or cash I didn't realize what I was doing and then I did not finish the registry for it because I figured this is not right then I got an email from Western Union saying I had to come back and complete my registration while I ignored that you know it sounds pretty scary to me so I don't want anybody taking money out of my account so I don't know what the deal is with that just wanted to let you know

Denver water not only has great customer service, but they have great water! Most people may not know this, but Denver water offers water tap credits for redevelopment properties (you can save thousands). Furthermore, you call into Denver water, you actually can transfer directly to a human being that knows what they are doing.......I know.....it's crazy right. This is not the case if you try to call Denver Zoning or Denver Planning, who not only will throw your emails in the trash, but they have literally no idea what they are doing and will send continuous automated emails that provide zero help. Thank you Denver water for your continuous hard work and responsive staff! I wish you guys could take over the other Denver City and County divisions.

Denver Water signed a contract with Ronnie Purcella on October 30th to kill hundreds of prairie dogs on 8000 E. In the contract, it was noted that Ronnie would need to come back several times to continually gas the prairie dogs until each and every one was exterminated. They have options to relocate these innocent prairie dogs and they are choosing killing and violence instead. It's sad and unfortunate that a company that owns so much land and has control is not choosing to be compassionate.

Denver has the best water for a large municipality in the USA. good stuff

Rates have doubled, these guys are obviously having fun with all the money the get to spend. The geniuses keep sending me water pitchers, that I don't need. They don't even ask, just keep sending them to me, and that eventually ends up in all of our water bills that keep going up and up. We need better stewardship, better oversight. And their website is a joke, I can' t even update my payment method, which they have messed up for two years.

This company is the worst! They talk a lot about creating a good working environment, yet this place is the most prejudice, racists, and uncaring group of people I have ever seen. All their talk is just a cover up for the worst behaviors. And the people who backstab and are the laziest workers are the ones who are promoted. It's the "good ole boy" system on steroids. Do not waste your time! You will work for years and then they will retire you early and steal your hard earned retirement.

Had to call in to the billing center and was terrified as I am used to pulling teeth with this type of issue. The rep that answered the phone had connected, listened to the question and fixed my issue before I honestly expected to be on the phone with a rep! Great service!

The outside is more gaudy, then the house they used for Scarface. Whoever came up with the small parking lot markings, next to the tracks, should be horsewhipped. The extra parking spots you get by squeezing, is not worth the danger of collision from limited maneuvering room.

I advise all customers of Denver water to call for audits of their water usage. I was charged for 28 and 30 thousand gals of water for the last 2 mos and I was not even at my house. I was working in wy. These crooks say whatever they want to charge people .I am considering a class action lawsuit to stop this overcharging. Check your bills and ask for audits or personally check your meters unless you like throwing your money away to them because they will steal you blind

I call and order "free water filter" every time I get a letter about the lead in my drinking water. I never get the filter but I still get the letters.
DO NOT DRINK THEW WATER HERE, IT IS CONTAMINATED WITH LEAD!!!!!!!!!!

Was not informed this morning that the water would be turned off to my neighborhood. Supervisor on site said it was a "spur of the moment" shut off.
