Bought a swatch watch from here during the week (26/05/16)
The shop had a good selection of watches on display. But the staff where extra helpful and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The staff assured me of the warranty included and also packaged up the watch really well as I was given this a present. Happy customer and was a great shopping experience.

Just an all round bad experience. Made it really difficult to return a watch I bought last Friday. I was told they don t do refunds even though it clearly states it on their receipt. There is also a notice on their cash register that confirms they do full refunds. They finally agreed to refund me but that I would have to come back another day as their system was down. I came in today to be told again no refunds. Will still buy swatch but not at that store.

Called in yesterday to get a strap replaced . The staff were very helpful and did a great job fixing up my watch and replaced the battery as well. Great service.

I just stroll around, not shop anything here. I don't think so the design as good as I've seen in Switzerland.

The team was very helpful. I felt served well. It was a surprise to know that as a Swatch owner you get FREE battery replacement for the entire functioning life of the watch.
