Had A Great Exsperiance With Swantys Even Though It Sucked Finding Out What Happened With Our Vehicle And The Fees But Their Service Was Great Debbie In Services Was Very Caring We Got Our Vehicle Worked On It Was Ready The Next Day And We Were Waiting For Funds Too Pay Them They Were Very Patient With Us It Took 2 Weeks As They Were Very Understanding Thank You Swantys

Everyone at Swanty s was super helpful from the gentleman in the Parts Dept. ( I think he was the Parts Mgr.)who got our dash cover ordered for us and our tow package. Debbie Pratt our Service Advisor who got us scheduled for our tow package install right away, Mike Swain our sales person who spent time with us explaining all the different functions our new Cherokee Trail Hawk has and how to use them. Overall it was a pleasent experience at this Dealership, and will recommend anyone looking for a Chrysler product to go see them.

The entire process was a pleasant one for me and my wife. Terry Webb is an exceptionable sales representative; he went out of his way to make sure we found exactly what we wanted and follow-up service has been exceptional. Although we are from Texas we will only deal with Swanty's when we are in this area.

The service team Is exceptional especially a gentleman by the name Conrad. He was courteous, helpful, and my car war repaired in one day. I am now a permanent customer of Swantys, Bullhead City although I live in Kingman 35 miles away. The seventy mile round trip is certainly worth it.

Purchasing my Jeep from Swanty's was by far the best car buying experience. My salesman, Patrick, was awesome. He listened and took care of my concerns with no pressure. He even arranged to deliver my new Jeep to my home. Tyler in the finance department was great. He was patient and explained things in detail. The service department was friendly and added the accessories I wanted in a timely manner. I have not experienced this kind of exceptional customer service from a dealership EVER. Terry is amazing! He delivered on all of his promises and then some. He didn t make commitments that he couldn t keep. I was impressed with the amount of work and efforts made by Terry and the team at Swanty s. I was under the impression that I was stuck in the vehicle I had. Not only did Terry unstick me but he put me in a car that I thought was unattainable. Let s not forget Bob in finance too. He made an almost bad situation very good. Absolutely horrble. Sold me a bad car flat out lied and minimized the problem. They didnt inspect the car or this car wouldnt have passed. 3 months and car not in workable condition. Going to contact higher level up to get real help

Do not recommend. I have experienced poor service and unprofessional behavior from the employees. I contacted corporate and they resolved the issue....it wasn't this dealership that resolved it. Will travel out of town for any future vehicle purchases.

My grnd and I have been going to swantys for purchasing vehicles and for vehicle maintenance for years and we have always been treated like family! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Started with Brian Bruns - sales and his no pressure attitude!! Everyone we had dealings with were friendly, patient and professional!!

Debbie is great in the service department. She is one of the reasons I come to Swantys for all my autos needs.

On a Saturday after a drive in our Jeep Wrangler we stopped at the market for a few things. When we came back out the Jeep would not start. We called Swanty s and Debbie was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a tow service and they came very quickly. We arrived at Swanty s just before the service center was to close. Debbie got us checked in quickly and, although it was Saturday, they drove us home with our groceries. The repair was done early Monday morning and pickup was quick and easy. Everyone we dealt with there was very friendly and helpful.

This is not my first vehicle from Swanty s BHC and it definitely will not be my last. Every department at this facility is exceptionally kind and professional. They make you fell like part of the family.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. My wife and I went into Swanty's to get an oil change. While waiting for the oil change, we thought we would just browse around. Salesman asked if we needed anything and we told him no, just waiting for our truck to be finished. He was good with that and didn't pressure us into anything. Later we saw the Salesman and I started to make jokes about his blue shirt and how he blended in with the blue light post they have in their parking lot. Well making a great long story short my wife asked about a certain Dodge Ram 2500 that they had, so he looked into it. My wife and I couldn't believe how great this Salesman worked with us on the price of the Ram and especially what a great deal on our trade in. Lots more than we expected. You Must keep this Salesman name imprinted in your brain. Name is Terry. I'm 66 yrs and I mention my age because I've bought a lot of vehicles in my life and met more than enough sales people, and without any hesitation Terry is the best. This is also my second vehicle from Swantys in the past year. Swantys the best for buying and service. And talking about service, Debbie in service department is also wonderful. She will definitely work with you and get you on your way. So to wrap this up I give Swantys, Terry, Debbie and of course the rest of the Swantys family HIGH 5"s. And BEST EVER.

I recently had a problem with my PT Cruiser: the strong smell of hot rubber. A week ago Saturday I took it in and they found the thermostat housing was corroded. I knew the timing belt needed replacing, so I left the car there and one of my neighbors took me to work for a few days while one of my coworkers ordered parts on the Internet for me. I took the parts on on Friday and discovered three still needed purchasing.
Their shuttle took me all over the area to help me get what was needed and they special ordered one part from Chicago. This past Monday I finally got the car back, and what a difference! The engine runs great, they went out of their way big time to help me find what the car needed, and gave me a prognosis on the 2006's life span.
I have been a customer for over ten years and see no reason to change. I do not have a lot of money and appreciated their willingness to work with me to keep costs down. It still cost over $1300 to get the PT fixed because of the timing belt, but I'm happy to have the car back and running well. The Swantys staff is very knowledgeable, and this is one reason why this place has me for life.

Responce was quick when I emailed them. I arrived early for my appointment and was out of there by the time of my appointment time came. Friendly staff and nice facilities.

Terrible experience, brought it in for service, took them 4 days and nearly $400 to change my battery. Didn't get my check engine light off or even fill my tires. Debra In particularly was unhelpful and rude. Seemed like I was wasting her time with my questions.

Deceptive and shady practices! my mother purchased a vehicle there last year and they sold her some additional warranty and coverages that she didn't know about until I went through her contract. Very disappointed they take advantage of elderly people in this community.

Swantys of Bullhead city is absolutely fantastic. They got me into a practically brand new Jeep Patriot for only $200 a month. John Wilson went above and beyond, as well as Robert in the sales dept. Never had a better experience at a dealer.

Using the service department was a dream; I m always well taken care of by Debbie! The work done on my car was excellent; I am still fighting with the Zurich warranty company and Enterprise, so I hope management will push to use their on site car rentals in the future. The experience with the external places has wasted a lot of my time and energy. Not happy about that but it is not a reflection on Swanty s!

Great service! Very knowledgeable and professional maintenance staff. Had them install a cruise control in my Wrangler JK since it didn t come from factory with one. Discussed this with Service Mgr, Parts person and Mechanic the week before to insure all parts were available and ordered. An oil leak was discovered on our new Jeep. We were able to reschedule and after discussing the issue with Conrad, our advisor, we decided to take the least invasive repair and we re happy to say after a month the issue has not reoccurred.
