My teenage daughter loves each of the Swank boutiques. She always seems to find something she either wants to get for herself or as a gift for one of her friends. This time we picked up a "teddy bear" jacket, a OS crop top and an adorable necklace for less than 100 dollars. The store assistants even gift wrapped the birthday present for us. The gift bags are good quality and the teens seem to smile when they see that they're receiving a gift from The Swank Co.

I have shopped here ever since they opened. I have been in several times recently to find things to wear for special occasion coming up and I know i can always find something! They have great selections even for myself (a mom of two kids)! However, i haven t been helped or even spoken to the entire times i have been in the store. I could understand if it was for a lack of employees but that wasn t the case. Just last week, there were five girls behind the counter and I listened to them talk about there distaste for milk and there love for the show one tree hill. I had to get my own dressing room and get my own sizes when something didn t fit right. There were other shoppers as well and they weren t being helped. The only time someone spoke to me was to check me out. I want to support local businesses in Augusta, but their management needs to be aware and train them better. This happened at the fury s ferry store and has also happened at the surrey center location several times.
Carrington, is a young lady with whom I have help me pick out outfits at least once a week because of her honesty in helping me because I am very much older than all the sales ladies in the Furris Ferry store where I frequent all the time - The very first time I ever went in there it was Carrington who not only greeted me , but offered to help me with a genuine smile and not just trying to get me to buy just anything ! She is a stellar employee, she is definitely an asset to your business as I have kept coming back because of her!Her smile and upbeat personality really is contagious and she never puts me in clothes that do not suit me or are not my color! This young lady really represents your business as if it s her own! I love her approach to how passionate she is about her job! I look for her every time I go in there ! Which is a lot! Please let her know ! I ve been wanting to write a review about her and just got a moment to do so ! I have other favorites too but I ll save that for another review! I love this place! Such amazing people and service! Love going basically have to have my friends and parents drag me out by my teeth just to get out! A little more on the pricey side but still awesome ! I will alway revisit!
