I have shopped here ever since they opened. I have been in several times recently to find things to wear for special occasion coming up and I know i can always find something! They have great selections even for myself (a mom of two kids)! However, i haven t been helped or even spoken to the entire times i have been in the store. I could understand if it was for a lack of employees but that wasn t the case. Just last week, there were five girls behind the counter and I listened to them talk about there distaste for milk and there love for the show one tree hill. I had to get my own dressing room and get my own sizes when something didn t fit right. There were other shoppers as well and they weren t being helped. The only time someone spoke to me was to check me out. I want to support local businesses in Augusta, but their management needs to be aware and train them better. This happened at the fury s ferry store and has also happened at the surrey center location several times.
