Excellent customer service, attention to detail and value for money. If you need your car fixed with a quality result I could not recommend this business further. I can't even tell the pole ruined the back quaterpanel, it's as if that part of car just rolled out of the showroom.

I was referred to Swan smash repairs by a family member to get some repairs made for my car. On arrival The staff were warm, helpful, professional and genuine in their approach to assisting me. As a female my experience with cars is limited and I was kept updated from start to finish with the progress of repairs. My tyres were also in need of replacing and was done at such an unbeatable rate . The level of professionalism and service provided from all the staff at Swan Smash Repairs has made me feel warm, welcomed and looked after. On collection of my car I was highly impressed with the level of detail and care that was put in at such a low price . I would highly recommend Swan Smash Repairs for their top quality service , professionalism and industry knowledge . Definitely a go to for all your car resit needs . Thanks guys x

Swan smash repairs was affiliated with the company who I purchased my bullbar through. Swan painted the bar which they matched to my pearl white MUX, a faultless job. I asked them to do some panel work from a recent encounter with a roo which they did at a great price and perfectly. They even recommended a painless dent removal company to fix a number of dents from off-roading. They did a great job too. Extremely happy with my experience. Keep it up

On time on budget as promised. Third time I took aa vehicle to Swan. Its a tough industry manipulated by insurance companies so be nice to them and they will do the right thing.

They are Honest and Accurate.
They will get you the best prices, and if you like to go thru insurance they will explain & assist all the way.
In addition, you can enjoy a loan car while your car is being repaired and painted.

Got my rims painted black and they look amazing, couldn't be happier with the end result. Mark and his team are very professional and take extreme pride in their work. Highly recomend.

Very satisfied with the work performed by the team at Swan Smash. They fixed all the problems from a previous bad respray by a different panel shop. It was a difficult job but any issues I had were quickly resolved. The service from Mark and his team was excellent.

This guy & business does not keep his word.
Does not believe in verbal contracts & is unable to keep track of time.
He has a tendency to be condescending & abusive when you point out mistakes with the finished paint job.
I found the paint job to be very unsatisfactory & poorly executed with no quality control or care of presentation.
He seems nice at the beginning of the contract agreements, but, I would never recommend this person or business to anyone.
There was no compensation or repent for the the bad workmanship, absolutely no remorse, his blatant arrogance & insults were verbally demeaning.

Dodgy work and appalling customer service.

Got quoted $250.00 to fix a hinge on the driver's side door. Picked it up - had to ask for a receipt, prompting a look of surprise from the receptionist, who wrote out the cost on a bit of flimsy carbon paper. No one explained what work was done. Discovered they had scratched the window tinting while fixing the door and gave me the run around when I asked them about it. When I arranged to come in so the manager could look at the scratch he had conveniently 'just left' for the day. The door is stiff and clunky and rattles when shut. Do not waste your time or money with this dodgy company.

Got job done on my car first time, very friendly approach from the staff, Mark the head of panel beater was very friendly and client focused. Staff in the waiting area were very nice, work result on my car was astonishing, complete face lift on my car at first glance, very satisfied, would highly recommend, keep it up guys..

Bunch of crooks - do not use them
Originally quoted $1852.40 for a job which I paid the next day. Then after they'd finally done the job months later, they extorted an extra $120 from me for some supposed additional unforeseen work they'd done before they would return the car. They had not bothered to ask before performing this so called additional work. When I questioned this they said "we never have this problem when we deal with insurance companies, we just send them the invoice and they pay." Not good enough, lift your game.

I had two fleet cars to get fixed and the service was outstanding. Quick quotes at reasonable prices without surprise charges at pick up, quality work, courtesy clean, and better coffee than most cafes.
I waited a whole 7 minutes to get the second car fixed which saved me from having to take a taxi back and forth.
I hope I never have to get any other car fixed but if I do it will be done by the Swan Smash Repairs team

Swan Smash saved my car!
When my kustom daily was badly cosmetically beaten up by criminals who were bored and found it abandoned one night.
I thought I was at the end of my road and journey with the car.
It wasn't worth much on paper and the damages were extensive,
If the car was a write off, It would have gone to the auctions and I would have had to fight for it back.

I had the personal skillset to manage most the repairs myself, however my greatest fear was losing the car.

The main man "Mark" at Swan Smash worked with me to make sure my repair bill seemed small enough to avoid the write off.
The inspector never questioned the low repair bill,
And I took the "option to repair myself" and unfortunately didn't require the repair services of Swan,
However, I would have lost my car without them.

All the work coming out of that shop looks 100% and dealing with mark was even better than that.

This is one of the best smash repairs shop in all of Perth, the customer service is great, the repairs done on my Mazda Mx-5 is off the hook and the greatest part about this smash repairs that I haven t seen in any other is the cleanliness of the office. If I could give 6 stars I will.

Great service - car was finished a week before they said it would be, and the finish was excellent - you wouldn't even know it had been in an accident.

They took care of everything with my insurance company, and gave me a car as well!

I rang Swan Smash Repairs on 3 January and was told they were revovating but still working, doing quotes and were taking bookings for the following week. So I took my car in that morning and a very nice guy took the pics and told me I could expect the quote in a day or two. I phoned to follow up 4 days later and was told I wouldn't receive anything until 10 January. I complained that this should have been conveyed to me on day 1 so he said he would try and get it done before then. Next contact was on 12 January a woman rang and asked me when I had brought my car in and told me she was starting to process quotes. In summary terrible communication and woeful customer service. The one star is for the 3 people who I spoke to were all pleasant. But all talk and no action.

After having someone accidentally smashing into my work van I felt down and confused on how can I get my work van back on the road in short period of time with quality finish and value for money. I was introduced to Mark from family member and I never looked back. Very professional team and excellent workshop facility.
