I rang Swan Smash Repairs on 3 January and was told they were revovating but still working, doing quotes and were taking bookings for the following week. So I took my car in that morning and a very nice guy took the pics and told me I could expect the quote in a day or two. I phoned to follow up 4 days later and was told I wouldn't receive anything until 10 January. I complained that this should have been conveyed to me on day 1 so he said he would try and get it done before then. Next contact was on 12 January a woman rang and asked me when I had brought my car in and told me she was starting to process quotes. In summary terrible communication and woeful customer service. The one star is for the 3 people who I spoke to were all pleasant. But all talk and no action.
