After waiting for more than 3 months for our doors...

After waiting for more than 3 months for our doors, we were finally told, after a number of calls, that they would be delivered on Tuesday the 23rd. Monday the 22nd at 4:30 pm we were told by the carrier that the order was not ready yet, while svedex had assured me that morning that the order was ready, and that it would be delivered on Tuesday the 23rd. After some calls back and forth between the carrier and svedex, I was told that the order was ready, but that it would suddenly be delivered a week later !!
Fortunately, the doors finally arrived the following week, but they had forgotten to supply the hinges. After a call she told me that they would send it, only when I would receive it, they could not tell ... I am now also waiting for almost a week !! Or while I still can't hang my doors three weeks after they were due !!!!
Nice doors, but lousy service !!
