I started working at suunto in Jan 2013 and still enjoy getting up on monday's. Despite working hard, there is a sparkling sense of humor and warmth in the team. Great place.
The service has been moved to Vallila without any mention. There are no officially parking place, no sign of Suunto Service. Service is ok and it is really needed.

My review refers solely to Suunto's customer service! My watch's screen suddenly turned black twice in 2 months. You could not (hard) reset the watch. I tried anything. Then I talked about 45min with the customer service (any third-party provider who is not able to talk to the repair service center). Totally hopeless... After my first repair - it took 5 weeks until I got it back -, they told me that my watch is total fine and is working well. Indeed, my Spartan Ultra worked for about 2 weeks. Then I had the exact same problem beforehand (turned back and didn't respond on pressing any buttons; also any combination and any duration). I made a video of this issue and sent it to the repair service again... Now I am still waiting for my watch. By the way: it is <1year old! They really cannot help you with anything at the customer service. The only thing they do is they will send you a package label so that you can send it to the repair service in Finland... Even though I could not really use my watch for about 7 weeks, they did not offer any compensation. Very very disappointing. Really bad customer service for such an expensive watch.
