My review refers solely to Suunto's customer service!

My watch's screen suddenly turned black twice in 2 months. You could not (hard) reset the watch. I tried anything.
Then I talked about 45min with the customer service (any third-party provider who is not able to talk to the repair service center). Totally hopeless...
After my first repair - it took 5 weeks until I got it back -, they told me that my watch is total fine and is working well. Indeed, my Spartan Ultra worked for about 2 weeks. Then I had the exact same problem beforehand (turned back and didn't respond on pressing any buttons; also any combination and any duration).
I made a video of this issue and sent it to the repair service again...
Now I am still waiting for my watch. By the way: it is <1year old!

They really cannot help you with anything at the customer service. The only thing they do is they will send you a package label so that you can send it to the repair service in Finland...

Even though I could not really use my watch for about 7 weeks, they did not offer any compensation.

Very very disappointing. Really bad customer service for such an expensive watch.
