Sutton builders were fabulous to rent from! Super reasonable prices, felt like we were living in a real home (full basement, garage, fenced in backyard) but at apartment rental prices. Keith was especially kind to work with and even went as far as to give advice and reccs on our new house! They were always fast to help with repairs and their online system was easy to navigate! Would recommend!!
As a first time homebuyer back in 2009, Sutton Builders really put me at ease. They made the process easy and their quality is top notch. Anytime there was a problem, they would bend over backwards to resolve it for me. They impressed me so much that they built my second larger home, needed the extra space since I was starting a family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sutton Builders to build your home. I moved to Cleveland for a job and found it very difficult to secure a nice apartment that was in my price range, attractive, and in Tremont. After searching for over a month I came across a property that looked perfect, Sutton Builders answered all of my questions over the phone so I could be properly prepared before the showing and allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for and secure my lease very quickly. I lived in their property for a year and it was a very pleasant and professional experience overall. In addition I can say that even after I was no longer renting from them Keith has continually gone above and beyond to be helpful and extremely professional. All in all I would highly recommend Sutton Builders.
I really cannot say enough about how wonderful Dave, Keith, Donna and the entire team at Sutton have been during my 2 years as a renter. They were so kind and generous from the beginning, being incredibly friendly and courteous during showings, always reasonable and fair where deposits were concerned, and handled paperwork quickly and clearly. The online process of application and rent paying was very convenient and easy to understand. It has been an immense pleasure renting with Sutton and I have loved my beautiful studio apartment very much. Dave and the Sutton team have always maintained the property very well both inside and out, refinishing the exterior and allowing interior improvements while protecting its individual charms. Dave addressed any issues in a timely and thorough fashion, those these were few and far between. I would more than happily recommend Sutton as landlords to anyone.
I rented from Sutton for 3 years and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and service. The studio in Tremont is adorable and in one of the best locations in Cleveland. The Sutton team was quick to respond to any concern I had - mostly locking myself out of the place.. I would recommend them to anyone.
I been in a Sutton property for almost 5 years. The apartment was newly remodeled when I moved in; it is beautiful, modern, and gets compliments from all visitors. Sutton Builders continues to be professional, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Great properties in a great location. Family, friends, and girlfriend all feel safe in the apartment and very comfortable with our vehicles in the onsite parking. Thanks to the owners and staff for making my lease renewal a no brainer.
Sutton Builders has built two (2) homes for me in the past fourteen (14) years. Their professionalism and quality of construction is the reason I chose to build with them on two (2) occasions. The principles of this company have integrity and their word is their bond. I highly recommend them to anyone for remodeling or new construction.

I've dealt with Dave and Keith and they have gone above and beyond for me. I've owned multiple homes from different builders in NE Ohio (new builds) and by far the attention to detail and the fit and finish has been the best. That is why they won BEST BUILDER in 2015 and they've been in business over 25years. I have purchased 2 homes from Dave & Keith (all new builds) and I plan on having them build me another!!!
Sutton Builders are my current landlords. During my lease, they have been extremely punctual, professionalism, and highly responsive. Any issues that came up would have a response and a visit within 24 hours. They have been the best landlords i have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been renting from Sutton for the past year and have been pleased with my experience. Every concern I ve had has been addressed and dealt with in a timely manner. Before I moved in, interior renovations were completed and the results really stood out from other units that I considered renting in the Tremont area. Professional company that knows how to effectively manage rental property.
Homes are thrown up very quickly and they take all the shortcuts to make it as cheap as possible. When speaking to Dave and Keith, they are the most unproffesional and nasty people I've ever met. They get defensive for any question you ask them and start threatening their own clients. I would highly suggest getting another builder who does quality work and who don't threaten their clients.
